Why Did They Leave Me?

I'm Home!!!

Well, I'm home! It's not much yet cause we're still moving in and painting and stuff but it's coming together quick! I promise when we're a little more settled I'll post new pics... I love my new food, it's holistic and I'm on an all I can eat buffet until I put on a lil weight cause I'm way too skinny. I have 2 cat condos to play and sleep on now! Last night I spent the night sharing my bed and cuddling with my brother Orion. I've been getting LOTS of love and I got a shiny new green collar and my very own special brush and I got a good brushing today! Boy did it feel good. My new parents let me sleep on their chests whenever I want. I'm still very stressed out from everything I've been through but give me a couple weeks and I'll adapt just fine...

Much love to everyone who has helped me in any kind of way and a huge thank you to Donna for making me a bed of my own when I had nothing and no one. It's beautiful and comfy and I love it...

Saw my picture and called her daughter in Worcester, MA right away to check me out!

She fell instantly in love with me, and contacted Morgan's Mom!

She has agreed to sign an adoption contract in blood, that says I will be loved and cared for forever, and ever, and forever more! She knows she is under threat of Morgan the Pirate Gato's rath if she does not keep her promise! It is easy to sail the pirate ship up there with a full crew.

My new Mom will meet my foster Mom tomorrow night in Hartford, and I will be on my way HOME!!!!!!!!!! And I will have a brother! His name is Orion and he is the same age as me!

My new Mom says we will have a gazillion toys to play with, and several kittys condos to raise and jump up and down on. Morgan's Mom is also sending me home with my very own Morgan's Bed to share with my brother!

I am so excited I will not sleep tonight! Snoozer, you will miss me!

My name is Simba, and the humans think I may be a purebred Snowshoe Kitten.

I am about 6 to 7 months old, have huge Blue Eyes, a very soft fluffy coat and I am very very sweet. I like to talk, and when you scratch me I love to purr. I like other kittys, and the doggys here are pretty cool too.

I was a furry happy kitten, living in a home with 3 other kittys, a big german shephard, and human children. Then one day they started packing things up, and throwing many things in a big metal box in the driveway. 2 of my siblings went out (to the shelter) and they never came home. I was furry sad and catfused.

Then a few days ago, they put me outside in the yard. When I ran out front to get them to play with me, everyone was gone! The house was locked and I couldn't get in. I sat and cried and cried and no one could here me.

I had to hide from the coyotes, foxes and racoons at night, and I was furry scared! I finally left my house and went looking for food. The humans 2 doors down let their doggy out to go potty, and the human son saw me hiding. He came and picked me up and took me inside. I was furry cold and hungry.

He put me in a big crate with a blankie, food, and a litter box. His human Mom, Dad and sister came to meet me, and I purred for all of them.

They called Morgan's Mom to see if she could help me to find a furever home, and she came to meet me yesterday. Here's what she says about me:

He's a doll! He sweet, gentle and very curious. I had him on his back for ages, scratching his chin and chest. He purred in overdrive. I gave him back to Deb (Snoozer's Mom) and he just sat and purred. He is great with Snoozer, and also their sheltie and lab. He's very Lakoda like - he loves to play, but yet be a total snuggle. He will be an amazing guy when he grows up.

He's not neutered yet, so whoever does adopt him will need to have that done.
