Thank you all for helping me to celebrate my first Rainbow Bridge Anniversary. It was a wonderful day.
We had a pawsome party today for all the furs who journeyed to to the Bridge on this day. It was nice to visit with all my angel friends. We shared a lot of stories about our families and told a lot of jokes. I have to tell you that there was one comment that has had me giggling all day. I'm not sure who said it first but it just kept going around the room. So, I thought I would share it with you. Are you ready? Here goes..... May the Fourth be with you! ***giggles*** Well, I hope it made you smile.
My sisfur Mea and I are getting ready to go with a group of angels to do a fly over of our parent's houses to spread a little angel dust. Talk to you all again soon.

Hello Everyfur! Mikki here. My journey to the Bridge was uneventful but once I got there ~ WOW!!! I got to meet so many of my friends that had journeyed before me. Calvin and RA were at the gate waiting for me along with my sisfur Mea. I met Samoa, Hazel Lucy, Buddie, Ava, Marrakech, Colette, SooLing, Scooter, Lola, Smiley Cassanova, and sooooo many others in purrson.
It has been a very busy couple of weeks with training classes, my sisfur Mea teaching me to fly, and catching up with so many of my friends. Mea even showed me the cloud where we can watch our earthlyy family. I am settling in nicely and really enjoy the catnip fields and butterfly chases.
Thank you to all of my friends who left comments and rosettes and to those who made pics for my Mom and Dad when I made my journey and thank you to all of you that helped me to celebrate my first DOTD at the Bridge. Mom wants you all to know that you mean the world to her. Thank you for being such great friends.
Gotta run off to my flying lesson now. Take care and I'll write again soon.

Mikki's mom here. This morning we assisted Mikki with her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. She had been going down hill for about two weeks. We were going to do this on Wednesday May 7th but she stopped eating on Saturday and this morning she was all wobbly on her feet. We knew it was time.
We called a wonderful mobile vet who came to the house even though it was her day off. She put Mikki under anesthesia and the helped her on her journey. The people from the crematorium came right behind them to pick her up. She should be home in a week to ten days.
The rest of the animals in the house have been very needy today. They all know something is wrong. Milo sat with Mikki the whole time and spent most of the day on that spot on the bed.
We are going to miss her but we also know she is in a better place. She had almost 22 wonderful years. Nineteen of them spent with us.
Safe journey baby girl! Mom, Dad, and all your brothers and sisters miss you.
