In 2000, I wanted an orange kitten very badly. Called the SPCA, and they said come over, we have some babies now. I went in the cattery, and this tiny little fleabag kitten and I saw each other - -kismet, karma, serendipity galore!! He let out a plaintive cry that said, MOM, take me home with you NOW...I called my husband and he said, sign the papers, get him!! My daughters and I had to bathe him in the sink and pick off all the fleas he had...He's been our spoiled fur son for 8 yrs. now. We wouldn't trade him for the world.

He shares his lovely home with an older and very tolerant brudder, Sebastian who is almost 17.

Mom's been super busy, so this is the first time she's had a chance to sit and update my diary. We're on the move again! Back across the pond, so to speak.
I really like it here, everyone is very friendly and laid back. Lots of animal lovers, tons of birds in my new backyard. BUT...then, there is Timmi. A big orange outdoor cat who comes into my personal space and has the gall to spray my bushes. I do not like that at all. In fact, I make myself very big and growl at him, pound on the windows, do anything I can to make him go away. I think he knows there is glass between us, because he just basically ignores me. Harumpf.

They really had me stressed out. I started peeing in mom's dining room, she did not like that. A $175 vet visit and some Feliway later, I have stopped this behavior.
I guess it was that Flummi, too many alphas in the same house. I know he's happy with my sister, she speaks French to him and plays the piano, mostly songs from Amelie. He's got the life.

It's the 24th! I have been wound up like a spring today. Racing from one entry door to the other. Very excited to see Santa when he makes his rounds tonight!
I've had a ball terrorizing the Christmas tree, the bottom branches are pretty much gnawed bare. Mom got ticked because I barfed up pine needles on the good rug (oh-oh!!)
