Arrival Story:
Tigerlily just happened - a freak series of events had me in Petsmart (which I never go to), next to her cage (where I wasn't looking), talking about adopting a kitten (which I had never done and hadn't planned on doing). Tigerlily, AKA Polly, had been cared for by a wonderful foster mom named Lynn who convinced me over 2 nights of phone calls that Lily's sudden appearance in my life was a form of katma. Life hasn't been the same since.
Bio:
Lily was rescued by Hearts and Paws from a cat hoarder, and at first they thought she was a rat - so flea-bitten that she had little fur and more scars. She's put on about 3 pounds since she arrived here - and she's very well adjusted. She could meow when she came, but since my older boy Homers cannot, she has joined him the "coo" brigade and doesn't meow any more.
