Arrival Story:
We already have 2 dogs and after reading about British Shorthair cats, I really wanted one. We found a breeder and went to visit our kitten every week until we could bring him home. The only problem was we had our summer holiday booked so couldn't bring our baby home until after our hols, by which time he was 16 wks old. . Prior to that we had the builders in so it was too noisy and disruptive to bring a baby in.

Bio:
We ended up bringing Merlin home along with his litter brother, Magic. Merlin was very timid when he arrived here. We have 4 kids and 2 dogs and he was a total scaredy cat. Took him a good few weeks before he'd let any of us touch him. He's turned out to be such a loving cat, but only when HE allows..but isn't that cats in general?? lol
