We are ashamed at how many days mommy has skipped in writing for us. It is inexcuseable and She should be ashamed as well.

Ok so what you have missed is simply watching Garfield learn to be more gental with those precious little babies... Oh and We have decided that they can stay as they are very lovable and smart since they love sleeping next to me. Everyonce in awhile We have to make sure mommy is not hurting them when she is Grooming them as they start crying loudly but usually mommy is just brushing them and they are not wanting to hold still but We still worry as they are just babies.

They adore Garfield and it has worked out like a dream. We get plenty of rest and only once in awhile do we have to get up and swat Garfield for getting too rough with the babies. We now have the PURFECT life as the babies and Garfield will cuddle with Us from time to time but mostly they keep Garfield busy chasing them and playing so We can just watch or nap like royalty should.

Thank you for being patient with Mommy - Don't tell her We said this but she is kind of "Slow" if you get our meaning... We must be patient with her.

Sunday - September 14th 2008

Purrrrrrrrr.... We met our Aunt Korisa today and we think she is very nice - We did not talk with Uncle Al much but neither of them were scary an both of them made sure to pet us AAAAANNNNDDD they brought us this really neat toy - it is a mouse that moves around making wierd sounds whenever I Touch it... it is definately a more advanced toy... We will need to do more research and testing to decide if it is worthy of being used by royalty however our first impression of it is it looks enjoyable.

Saturday - September 13th 2008

We feel it neccessary to inform all of you that Mommy has not been keeping up on her typing duties... We reminded her and everything - Daddy has been stealing the computer at night so she has not been able to transcribe each of our diaries for us... We did not want to have anyone thinking we would not continue with our entrys. We will most definately be writing our diary's - whenever you fail to see an updated entry please know that it is Mommy falling behind on her duties...

Just to catch us up we will just share some of the things that have happened these past few days... The 2 newest members of our family are settling in quite nicely now that Mommy (who is quite intellegent for her kind) has purchased and additional litter box for the living room so that they do not have anymore of those unsanitary accidents in our living room... We must say we quite enjoy just sitting in the corner watching them play, they are really quite amusing. Garfield has finally figured out that he can not Pounce on the poor little darlings... which has aided in getting them to warm up enough to nap with him which he just loves ... the little white girl one is still our favorite... she is just sooooo precious...

We must sign off now as Mommy is insisting on Combing our fur tonight and We are just miserable about it... We tell her we don't want to do it, however she does not care about our opinion on the matter - SHE just insists we must have our fur brushed... hmmmmm

Tuesday - September 9th 2008

Wonderful Mommy stayed home today so Garfield will get a full day learning to play with the kittens... We will get a full day of peace... here We come window seat... oh look little cotton - hello little darling, kisses - you are sweet..

hmmm... today has been glorious.... yyyyyyaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwnnnn... We slept in the Window seat for awhile then played with Blue (We have decided he is cute)... then we slept in Daddy's chair and Garfield slept alllllll the way over on the coach with the kittens... bliss that is what today is... hmmmm bliss...

Monday - September 8th 2008

hmmm... These little kittens are cute, They allow Us more nap time which is good, however Garfield just does not understand that he needs to find ways for the kittens to warm up to him slowly... We spent the majority of yesturday playing games with Garfield to try to wipe the sad look off his face...

Garfield thinks that he can just pounce right in playing and wrestling an they are just going to play right away... We had to help by showing him how to sllloooooowwly get them to like him... We started by playing with a ball (a silly toy really, but humans and baby's like them) and true to form that little Blue really liked it - he was not sure about playing with Us however but he came around...

sigh... and what does Garfield do... I know he has never been around other babies before but seriously instead of playing with the ball he pounced on Blue like he was the ball...

I know Garfield is smarter than this We shall have to keep working with him - he is simply impatient to play with the little ones... hhhhmmmm there Mommy figured it out (she is one smart human) she has the fishing pole out now - the kittens like it... ooohh this one has a bell - hey that is a new toy. We must go check that out. It still needs approval after all.

sigh***

He does it again - The Toy Garfield play with the TOY and the kittens will start to trust you... oh well there is always tomorrow... I can nap now - mommy is on the job...

zzzzzzzzzzz... hey what is that noise We are trying to sleep here... ooohhh Mommy moved Garfield to sleep on the couch with the kittens and she is taking picture after picture because the three of them curled up together - Hey why are We not in this picture... No We don't want to be in the pictures anymore, We should have been thought of first... oh you are going to play with that toy again - OK We forgive you this time Mommy, don't do it again - We don't like to be left out without at least the option of being included...

Sunday - September 7th 2008

We are too tired to write today... We shall fill you all in our Diary for today as part of tomorrows entry when we are not sooooo sleepy that our eyes are closing... We worked hard today to keep Garfield from feeling bad about the kittens not wanting to play rough with him... the silly boy does not understand, like We do as We have raised babies an know how fragile they are, that they are little and need protection not rough housing... so We will need to wait a few more weeks to get that peaceful existance - but it will be worth it... hmmmm ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....

Saturday - September 6th 2008

We were ok with trying ONE - you said ONE! Wait a minute that little white one is pretty... hmmmm its a girl and she smells good! We like her she can stay.

The little blue thing is the boy you were telling Us about... hmmmm Garfield is preoccupied by him. We shall try to take a nap and see if it can happen without interuption for a change. We will need to keep and eye on the girl she could become our friend she even keeps herself spotless. We approve.

.... Several hours later...

YYYYYAAAAWWWWNNNN... {Stretch} We were able to get a long nap in. Ok they can both stay.

Friday, Sept. 5th 2008

we do not feel we need another little pest here. Garfield won't stop pouncing on me as it is... hmmmm maybe we could like having someone here to pounce on him and to steal the toys from him.

yes, we think this might work, however if we end up with 2 little pests hidding around corners to tackle us now whenever theeeeyyy feel playful... well Mommy you will have another thing coming, you don't want to make us angry. You know what happens.

But we are willing to see if this works in our favor. If this new little thing trys to take our place with Daddy it goes, or if it thinks it can steal our stuff like Garfield does - huh we only let him because we love him, which is not the case with this new little thing - so it trys it then it goes... and you better make sure you are filling the food dishes more often because if it eats like Garfield does WE will not EVER get any food. At any rate We will try to give this little thing a try.
