Arrival Story:
Angel came to me when she was only 2 weeks old. Me and my sister saved her from being baked to death in a dog igloo in the 100 degree Utah summer heat. Her mother is a feral cat and we knew if we didn't snatch her and her siblings up right then and there they would never have a happy life. So we talked our loving father into giving us some money to by kitten formula. Then came the hard part convincing our mother and father that we shuld drive across Navada and California with two week old kittens to bottle feed them and find them homes. They agreed. And now she is a happy thriving kitten. Angel went to her new home on September 11th, 2008. She is just around the corner (for now) and any new info will be posted. Her new family isn't interested in the Catster Community but that's ok. Mommy will keep this web page as a reminder of her love for me!

Bio:
Angel is the savior of the group. It was her I spoted upon looking into the dog igloo. I didn't even see the other kittens when I saw her. She was lying on her back, eyes open and glazed over. I thought she was dead, cuz I just stood there for about a minute watching her. She didn't blink and it looked like she wasn't breathing. Then I saw her little kitten hand twitch almost like "pick me up, save me!" I ran inside and got my sister. Original we wanted to call her snowball cuz she's almost all white, but she was just the little angel for all the kittens needed to be saved.

Dear Friend,
On the 11th my new family came to pick me. They just couldn’t wait. And even thought I have probably about two more weeks to be weaned they decided they wanted to be the ones who did it. They live just down the road and say they will bring me by in about a week or so to say hello and keep up on everything. It’s a good open adoption.

First Taste of REAL Kittie Food

Dear Friend,

Mom decided today was the day that I got to taste moist kittie food with out any formula in it. And it was yummmy!! It wasn't too much so it didn't hurt my tummy, but I enjoyed it so very much. She also caught Whompuss eatting dry foor out of the big kittie bowl. So she decided if we are going to eat it we are going to eat it. She crushed up some kibble and out it with some water in the bathroom that we sleep in at night. Wonder if I'll try any? I'll let ya know.

On the other paw, I got to climb the cat tree A LOT today. I don't like to climb it traditionally like the others kitties do. I climb on the out side of it and attack the other kittens from the outside, they don't know what hit 'em. I can also quickly retreat from thier attacks that way too. Ha ha I'm am very smart!

Love,
Angel
