The big one.

Ok, see I don't understand why the Big One (the one Mommy calls Herc) thinks he's in charge.
Last night when Mom went to bed, he was curled up next to her right where I wanted to sleep! The nerve.
I tried going under the covers and Mom scritched me for awhile but then she stopped. I told her that I wanted more but she just yawned. I am SO neglected.
Anyway, I came out from under the covers and went over to where Big One was. He seems to think that he's the only one that can sleep on Mom's pillow and he actually raised his paw to me! Doesn't he know about my ancestry?
We roughed each other up a bit and then he started to lick me, which is a little weird, but ok I guess.
But get this! Right in the middle of licking me he bites me! What the heck is up with that?
I got up and left. I'm not about to take this from him.

Gah.
