Hey everyone! If you read Lena's diary you'd see that Daddy is building us a kitty fort out of a set of free-standing shelves unit. He was going to build a staircase out of cardboard boxes but decided it wasn't a sturdy enough building material for me. So for right now he has a folding chair next to it so I can climb up to the second shelf. And guess what, I have done so! Lena hasn't touched it yet unless Daddy puts her on it, but I go up there on my own to gnaw on the curtain draw strings (Yes I know I shouldn't but I can't help it). See there's a picture of me on my page. We may have to put the bag of charcoal on the bottom again because I'm a big kitty and when I'm up higher it's a little shaky.

Very cool Pepi! and I will let you in on a secret, I chew the mini blind strings all the time too. Mom says I floss my teeth. She just makes sure they are not tied together. Your shelves look really cool, and it is a great idea for a cat tower that is reasonable & easy to move. Tell Lena not to be scared!
