Arrival Story:
Bandit was homeless on Fulton Beach near the seafood restaurants. and hanging around one particular neighborhood of cat lovers and sleeping under a vacant house for about a year when some of the ladies decided to find him a home as he was such a fine and special cat. An elderly lady from my Eastern Star Chapter called me and asked if I wanted him because I had lost my cat. I said well I will come look at him and that was all it took. I didn't think I was ready for another cat but he was so special. I obtained Bandit after moving to Rockport, Texas on the Coast near Corpus Christi. What a blessing he was to me and was such a special cat! He was an old soul and wise beyond even his many years. He was quite a Guard Cat and I have no doubt that he is still watching over me. His vet who also lived in the neighborhood where he was homeless, believed that he was at least 10 years old when I adopted him.

Bio:
Bandit Obit.......My Beloved Bandit died Saturday morning March 17, 2007 after a long bout with arthritis and fighting the cold weather and numerous fronts that have come through. It was just too much for his 15+ years. We were getting ready to go on a retreat to the Texas Hill Country that he so dearly loved. He will be going but for his burial in our family pet cemetery.

Forums Motto:
I'm Ready To Go

I love to travel. I often try to talk on phone to let people know that I am coming to visit. I get in my mother's suitcase when she starts to pack and stay until time to go to be sure to not be left behind. I was getting ready for a trip to Kerrville to visit when I died. I made the trip there anyway to be placed in the family pet cemetary.
