Arrival Story:
So, I'm Bert. That was the name the ladies at the shelter named me. When I was a kitten, I shared a cage with an orange cat. The shelter was really noisy and really crowded. I was scared! One day, a lady came in and took me, my bunk mate, a momma cat with her kittens, and a really nice boy cat home. We were going to be fostered. I don't know what that means, but it was better than the shelter. Well, we went to this place that held adoption events and all the other kitties were adopted. One day, I stopped having to go. My mommy and daddy told me that I was going to stay forever. My doggie room mates, Patched and Abby, liked me too, but I taught them who was boss. I also got a new name, Berticus Maximus. Bert for short. Life is good!
Bio:
Bert is an odd cat. He keeps the big dogs in check and loves to play with milk tabs as opposed to the toys that we have bought for him. He loves to sit and watch all the happenings outside, but prefers the indoor comforts.
