I grew more whiskers!

My daddy pointed out to me tonight that I have two new whiskers directly out of each side of my head. Wow!

Thank you all for the wonderful gifts. My daddy is taking very good care of me. He is teaching me to sleep through the night without waking him up with incessant kissing and pawing. He's very patient. I have taken over his laptop bag and his hockey bag to sleep in/on. I used to hide in the new hutch cabinet until he started putting his movies in there. Darn! :)

The Special Spot

My favorite spot to sun is next to the big picture window. When I'm not sitting on the ledge looking out, this headrest on the recliner is nice and cozy. It's too big for my brother Moe so I can be left alone. He likes to jump on the table next to the seat and bat at me. Plenty of room on the big table for him to sit or stand on it without danger.

Tailgating

I learned how to sleep on top of the recliners instead of settling for the lower seat position. I can see everywhere in the room! Tonight, I am cuddled up on top of the black recliner with my tail covering my side and face.

Today is my adopted birthday. I was born about this time in 2008. Shortly after I was weaned, I started wondering the streets with my fellow brothers and sisters. I eventually found Mighty Moe down the street, and we talked through the window. One night, my soon to be 'daddy' arrived home from hockey, and I jumped him from the bushes. I haven't left since. I love my home and especially my daddy and my adopted brother Moe-Moe! Happy Birthday to him too!
