Likes: her people, "her" quilt, hunting and food.
Pet-Peeves: getting wet (no surprise there) being picked up when she doesn't ask for it , other cats , dogs ,any food that isnt fresh (this applies to meat and bread products, she wont eat them if they are from the day before or were previously frozen)
Favorite Toy: Those rubber bouncy balls u get in gum machines. lol, we dont know why , but she just likes them better than anything we've ever bought her.
Favorite Nap Spot: Anywhere we dont want her to! lol, no really, all the beds in the house except hers and the couch. also on the shelf above the computer, the computer chair and her stool by the window.
Favorite Food: Powdered Milk , Pear Cheese , gelatina blanca, Arequipe (which is a type of typical sweet from my country, it is kind of like caramel cream), Fresh raw chicken, Fresh Pandebonos (a type of bread w/ cheese in it from my country), and Meowmores treats.
Skills: She is an excellent bird hunter and she goes for "walks" following us like a little dog around the neighborhood , she can also hear the cutting board come out from the other side of the house in a deep sleep, :)

Arrival Story: My family and I had just moved from raliegh , nc to colombia and my sister and I were pretty bored. We had always wanted a dog , and we were supposed to get one in colombia , but my parents said the apartment was too small. At the time, michis was a stray in our neighborhood. Having always loved animals, my sister and I began feeding her . Before long , we were hooked. My parents did'nt want a cat , but she soon won them over with her charm , lol. anyway , she still wasnt our oficial pet , she lived outdoors, etc, but all that changed when we found out she was pregnant. She began spending more and more time indoors and one rainy night , she was inside and she decided to give birth on the floor in my sister's room. She had four kittens , Pepper, Princess Kitty , Twinkle and Dot. They were all very healthy , thank goodness. When they were old enpugh we gave them away and promptly got michis spayed. She has been with us ever since and encriched our lives so much , I wonder how we ever got along without her , or without any cat , as matter of fact. lol. She is now the queen of the house , my parents love her to bits , and we are extremely glad to have her with us.
Bio: On Agust 16, 2005 , michis had what we think was her first or second litter during the night.

Thanks to Dash , Dusty and King Suede for those cute zealies and collars you gave me. The new halloween ones are very cute! You are all very great furriends. Grandma already put up the Halloween decorations. This year , she doesnt know if they are going to hold the annual halloween pet show at the vet's but I hope not. That show is simply humiliating. Would you like to spend all afternoon dressed up as an angel , being passed around , cuddled and sniffed at by strange cats and dogs?! But mommy loves it. She's nuts. Anyways , I must go now. Thanks again to my furriends!
A miracle happened today, something that happens 3 times a year at the most , that is rare , and is to be celebrated everytime it occurs. I slept in my own bed. Yes thats right , in MY bed , not , mommys , not grandma and grandpa's , not auntie's , not the couch , MINE. Mommy is blown away. It started out inocently enough. I was laying on an old towel that was on the floor , and then auntie picked me and the towel up and put us in my bed. And I stayed!!!! I have been in there all morning now , an even greater feat , and as of right now , I am fast asleep in it. (my typist is doing this). Mommy is hoping it will last , but she knows that by tomarrow afternoon , I will be back to my old ways. She took the halloween picks , which were not fun and humiliating , but hasnt posted them on here yet :( Well , my typist has to go now , something about going somewhere, I think the movie theater? Anyways , I ll make sure to have gotten off my bed by the time she gets home. :) Purrs
