Arrival Story:
After I moved home from Colorado, I really needed a friend. That summer this beautiful Siamese started hanging out on our deck. (I have always wanted a Siamese.) It would come by every day and stay all day. We started feeding it. Once it began to get cold, I convinced mom to let me try to catch it. One night, we put Tucker on a leash and stuck him out on the deck, as the Siamese got closer to Tucker, we "reeled him in" the back door and the Siamese came in too. Gunnar lived in a cage for a few days until he got all his shots and a clean bill of health. Then he and Tucker became the best of buds.

Bio:
Gunnar is the youngest of 2. He is much taller and bigger than his big bubba, Tucker. He is a bit of a bully and likes for the spotlight to be on him. He likes to have his ears and face cleaned by Tucker when they nap together. He also likes to push Tucker's buttons. He loves to beg when someone is in the kitchen. He always waits for Tucker at the food bowls before he eats. He doesn't like to go outside, I think he is scared that he will get left out there. He is very spoiled, and gets what ever he wants. He is very smart, and needs a day job to keep him out of trouble!

Turkey Day

Allison came home for Thanksgiving! She came home tuesday afternoon and was in and out alot for 2 days. But she did have 2 papers to write, so I got some lap time at the computer. We spent most of the day at the computer on Thanksgiving day. Then mom brought the sun shade from the deck in because it was windy. I smelled it for a really long time and then I noticed a flying insect! Oh boy was it fun.....for the first 2 minutes. Then I got distracted. I'm glad I don't have to hunt for my food anymore, I might starve! Joe came up on Friday and then the whole family had a big dinner. It was ham, so they wouldn't share but I made sure they knew that I was absolutely starving. I did get a moist mackerel cat food snack, so that was good. I'm not too sure about Joe, he smells like dogs, and he's not big on touching me. I suppose someday we could get along, if he gives me lots of treats that is. He and Allison both left on sunday, but I think they and Andrew will be back soon. Then we get a Christmas Tree! I can't wait for all the good smells!! Meow!

Back from "The Spa"

So... Allison is away at school, Andrew is in the Army, that leaves Tucker, me, Mom, and Dad. It's pretty empty here during the day, but that leaves time for Tuck and I to get into all kinds of trouble. We get into lots of fights and pull eachother's fur out sometimes. Sometimes we just sleep though.
2 weeks ago Mom and Dad talked about leaving. Then it happened....they took us to this place they call "The Spa". They are nice to us there, but we have to stay in cages, apart from one another. We do get to play together in this big room for an hour a day, but still. We were only there a few days and then they got us and took us home. I thought we got sent there because we have been really bad lately, but Mom says that's not why. At any rate, we are back home and we are getting into our daily trouble as usual. And we get lots of treats, too. Meow.
