When I moved into my last apartment there was a cat & kitten that frequented my porch. As this was in the summer during hurricane season, it began to flood. One day, after the continuous rain the water was rising & I couldn't find the kitten's mother. I brought the kitten inside. She was wild & displeased at first, but when it came time for her to go back outside, she didn't want to. I've had her ever since.
