Dear Diary....

Hot summer days...

Well, summer is here and Nicky is back out at the acerage again. He's been there since May. I wonder if he misses me or Simon. NOT. :) He won't be back until the end of November so I hope he gets all the attention he wants until then.

Sure is hot out. Wish I could go outside on the grass but that isn't allowed cause I might get scared at all the new noises and things and I might run away. I've never been outside before. That's because theres' bad people around here that trap cats and get rid of them. Jerks!

Nicky's lucky that someone nice found him before he died of starvation when he got trapped and taken far away to the edge of the City. He was missing for 4 months. Jerks! Who would want to hurt us cute cats anyways. MEOW.

Nicky's home again...

Nicky came home from the acerage and was mad as a hatter again. Haven't seen him since September and you would have thought he would be happy to see me and Simon but nooooo, he spit and hissed and growled for three days straight.

I tried to be friends with him the second day but he wanted nothing to do with me. When he lashed out I gave it back to him! He may be bigger than me but no tom is going to hit me and get away with it!

Anyway, its now been two weeks and he is warming up to us again. We even were playing tag the other day.

Meow, he is really a nice cat when he wants to be.
