indoors Arrival Story: Tara was found foraging in a dumpster, clearly looking for a human to go home with because she leaped right into the arms of the kind-hearted woman who took her home and fostered her. She was someone's pet who got lost (had been recently spayed), but no one came to claim her. I saw her photo on a Humane Society website and fell in love immediately. Bio: Tara adores my Tibetan Terrier (Spencer) - comes running to the door and rubs against his legs when we return from walks. Unfortunately the crush is unrequited - he mostly ignores her. She's a lot less fond of my male cat (Tenzin) - she ignores him. Both cats get along fine with my two rabbits - something that surprises a lot of people (but not me - I've had cats and rabbits together for years... even wrote a children's book about it).
