Oh my, what a day I had yesterday. Mom had a long day at work then went to the gym (she says it builds character but I don’t know I think napping is much better). I think she was tired when she got home but I really wanted some attention and had a lot to tell her. She did give me some yummy snacks to cheer me up (or maybe she was trying to get me to quiet down). We were sitting together when she finally noticed that my left paw was a little swollen….geez….I’d been trying to tell her all along. She asked me if I had been playing with the bee that she killed in the kitchen earlier. How am I supposed to know that they sting? They are so much fun to chase around! She checked to make sure there was no stinger in my paw which there wasn’t. She gave me all kinds of loving after that. I even snuggled up with her in bed to feel safe last night. Thankfully this morning she checked out my paw and it was all better. I’m SO glad and I guess next time I need to be more careful…well maybe…
