Arrival Story:
I got Mimi at the pound when I didn't even have a cat carrier. Somehow on the way home from the pound she got "lost" in my little '83 Toyota Tercel. I freaked out, I KNEW I didn't leave the windows open! After looking for at least 45 minutes, I finally found her curled up under THE GAS PEDAL! phew, CLOSE ONE!
Bio:
Update... not sure about Mimi's breed or heritage, but we have learned alot from "Catster"! Whenever I would whistle the theme to "The Andy Griffith Show" (you know- do, do, da do do do) Mimi would come running and lie down next to me so that I could knead her belly. I think she thought I was her kitten who needed to be nursed. When I was away she would leave me little yarn balls or toys on my bed. Thankfully, never a mouse!
She was "married" to Minute, and after she died of cancer, he died three weeks later. I miss them alot and I'm glad they are in kitty heaven together!
