Arrival Story:
Nunki was found nearby a village when he was 2 weeks old, in a cardboard box with one of his siblings. His adoptive human mother was a friend of a friend of my mother, and since we were looking for a kitten (my cat had died two months earlier, and we had waited until holidays were over and I was back from the US) he finally reached our home at the age of one month and a half (though then everybody thought he was two months old)
Bio:
He doesn't seem to know he is a cat, and tends to behave like a dog. He doesn't like being hold, but he follows people everywhere in the house and dislike being alone. He loves sleeping in weird positions...
On the night of December 1, 2001, he felt from the third floor (fourth floor for the US) of our building. We didn't know about it, and searched for him for hours, both inside the flat and in the corridors and stairs. My father got up again around 2am, unable to sleep, and went to have a look outside. Fortunately, Nunki hadn't tried wandering in Paris' streets and was waiting right near the window. He just had no idea he was a bunch of meters too low. ;-)
He was also lucky to have fallen on the right side of the building, the one without a concrete ground.
He may lose another life one these days, for he love chewing threads and wires, including electric ones...
