Arrival Story:
I took Bear in because a friend of a friend wanted her. That fell through. Then someone else was going to take her, and changed their mind. By then, Bear had been inside for 2 weeks, and the other cats had gotten used to her. I didn't need much persuading . . . she's the most affectionate little cat I've met in ages, wants nothing more than shoulder rubs and cuddles to purr all night long.
Bio:
Bear is the only kitten who was tame enough to rescue from a batch that lived in my back yard. Her parents, Nellie and Vlad, tend to bring their kittens to my house when they're weaned because I manage to find homes for most of them. When Bear moved in, she got to meet her sister Harry and brother Nicky, born in June, and her big brother Ozzie, born in April 2002.
