Arrival Story:
Sitka was a rescue kitty we adopted at a local shelter. He was completely goofy in the cage, turning upside down and squeezing into places that he didn't realize were too small for him. He was less than 1 pound when we first brought him home. Two years later, he's bigger (but still long and lean) and every bit as goofy and playful as the day we met him.
Sitka believes he's a dog... he loves riding in the car, fetches his mice on command, and enjoys baths. He even tried to sign up for Dogster once!
Bio:
Sitka is named for Sitka, Alaska (the capital city when Russia still owned Alaska) and Coldfoot, Alaska (a small town above the arctic circle where Sitka's adoptive parents were married). No one knows what the P. stands for.
