Arrival Story:
KC is Gimli's littermate and I haven't seen her since she went to her new home in Abilene when she was a kitten. She needed a new place to stay and I was more than happy to take her in. She will be with us for an indefinite time. Her human dad misses her very much! We hope one day she can be reunited with her human dad. But it was exciting to see her again. She was born 4th in the litter on August 20, 2004 at 9 pm. I actually had to tear open the sac she was in (Aphrodite was so tired), clean her off, and get her breathing. She has a "stumpy" tail like Gimli but it is a little longer than his. Other than coat color, you can definitely tell that KC is related to Gimli. KC is a blue mackerel tabby with white just like her cat mom. She has been with us since Thursday, August 1. It took me a few days (and Fancy Feast!) to gain her trust somewhat, but she is slowly trusting me. Gimli and she met, sniffed each other and touched noses and that went very well.
