indoors Arrival Story: K.C. (short for Kitty Cat) is Gimli's littermate and I haven't seen her since she went to her new home in Abilene when she was a kitten about 3 months old. She needed a new place to stay and I was more than happy to take her in. It was exciting to see her again. She had a rough couple of weeks adjusting to her new home, but she has blended into the family fine. After being an only kitty for most of her life, she had to get used to other cats again. She was born 4th in the litter on August 20, 2004 at 9 pm. I actually had to tear open the sac she was in (Aphrodite was so tired), clean her off, and get her breathing. She has a "stumpy" tail like Gimli but it is longer than his. Actually her tail curls arpund which means that it didn't fully develop in the womb. Other than coat color, you can definitely tell that K.C . is related to Gimli. K.C. is a blue mackerel tabby with white just like her cat mom. She has been with us since Thursday, August 1, 2008. Bio: You can tell I didn't name her, but if she would have stayed with us instead of Gimli, she would have been named after a Viking or a goddess, she is so huge!
