Here is how my mommy adopted me - she saw photos of blue-tabby-point Siberian kitties and fell in love with them. I think she is in love with all kitties, but she just thought we were a little bit different. Plus, she already had Lissi and thought it wouldn't hurt if she had another lap cat. So she started looking for breeders around Hamburg and found several web-sites. She looked and looked but somehow none of them looked like her kitty. And after months of browsing kitty sites she found ours! At the time, there were 12 of us, at least 10 were the same colour and nobody could tell us apart. So one beautiful rainy Sunday mommy came to visit us and tried to pick a kitty. Not an easy task, when she constantly had to ask who was who and we all looked so cute! Our former human mommy said I was the cuddliest and the friendliest kitty of all so mommy decided to take me. I was pretty small at the time so she had to wait for 3 endless weeks to take me home. The second time she came, she was at a loss again, with so many teddy bears running around. So she just stood there, trying to figure out who is who, when a small kitty pushed the others aside and started squeaking at her. She picked up that kitty and it just curled up and purred away. She got really sad, because she wanted me and now that kitty looked like it wanted to adopt her. After 15 minutes of hugging and petting and kissing, she asked my former mommy who that cute little kitten was and if it was still free. My former mommy laughed and said it was ME!!! Imagine how my new mommy felt, like it was Christmas! Ever since she took me home, I have been her shadow. I love to cuddle and sleep in her lap and climb up her legs when she is preparing our food (she says she looks like a war victim, but to me she looks pretty much the same, well, except for the blood running down her legs!) (but that's a small price to pay for the pleasure of having me!) I also have 7 kitty brothers and sisters I can pester and play with :-) On the last photo you can see Ginger flirting with me. She's a cutie and I am so irresistible... ;-)
Bio:
For the 3 weeks my mommy has had me, I have doubled in size and mommy is worrying she will be broke in a month if I keep eating that much! One day I will be one biiiiiiiig cat, the biggest at home!

My mommy told me today that I should write a diary like the other kitties do! So here I am, sitting at the computer and writing my diary (well, mommy has to edit it a bit!) I got up at 7 am today and helped mommy make her tea. I also helped her drink it - you know my trick? I shake my tail right over the cup and mommy says a few kitty hairs do wonders for her digestion (or lack of it!) Mommy says she will start taking malt paste with us! Luckily, Ginger and Zara groom her or dad would be very worried if he saw her grooming herself too! I don't know if I have told you, but Ginger is my girlfriend! The first time she saw me, she hissed at me, but I was so small and scared then! After two days she took pity on me and started grooming me - I must have looked dirty to her? From then on, I never had to groom myself again - all I have to do is go to her and stick my bottom up in her nose and she gets the hint! Boy, am I the cleanest cat at home! It ain't easy, maintaining such fur! Mommy is buying us only special food so we all shine! And daddy brushes me too - if I am persistent enough! I think I'll go take a nap now, I didn't know writing a diary could be THAT tiring! See ya!
