   Leave a treat for Seti

Nicknames:
Kitty Boyfriend, Setikins, Mr. Seti, Loveboy

Likes:
Cuddling, quality time in the bathroom (I love bathtime!); watching movies, screensavers with cats, anything on the computer that makes a cool sound, feet, and of course, catnip!

Pet-Peeves:
When my Mom has to get out of bed. "Meow! Stay in bed and snuggle!" I tell her! I also hate being lonely. I still miss my brother Ramesses, who has been a rainbow bridge cat for a while now.

Favorite Toy:
I love all kinds of toys but my favorite is a small white kitten that I'm very protective of! I like toy cats in general. I also love catnip scented bubbles!

Favorite Nap Spot:
Stretched out alongside my Mom in bed with my head resting on her arm

Favorite Food:
Azmira lamb & barley. also have a thing for peanut butter, and coffee - but my Mom knows it isn't terribly wise to encourage those things! Oh, and how could I forget to mention my addiction for tuna sashimi?

Skills:
An extensive vocabulary; also give kisses; a cuddler second to none; and love to tickle with my long whiskers! And I'm told I'm the handsomest guy in the world, does that count as a skill?

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story:
Mom: "The roommate of an old acquaintance had a litter of kittens. I had first dibs on them. When I went to choose one, Seti & his twin brother Ramesses (now departed) came stumbling out of the closet mewing and made their way over to me. "I'll take them both please!" I said."

Bio:
Mom: "Seti is a very peaceful, affectionate, acutely sensitive, talkative boy who showers me with constant affection. He has taught me so much about being more relaxed and at peace. He has such a huge heart and a beautiful soul. Seti is the household guru! Seti loves my stone collection - as I write this, he is using my Tibetan quartz wand as a pillow. When people meet Seti for the first time, they often think he is less than a year old. This isn't entirely due to his youthful demeanor - people see his big feet and assume he is still a growing boy. His song is the classic hit by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, 'I'm The Urban Sapceman' which was produced by Apollo C. Vermouth, AKA Sir Paul McCartney."

Seti's Secrets

Mom's days off! And she's cleaning house again!

I'm purring my face off! Sitting on Mom's lap and doin' my diary. So happy because we have her at home for 2 whole days, and she started her time off by seriously attacking the delinquent domestic duties.

Yesterday she did something really weird. She's already putting some kind of herbal remedy in our drinking water, which is tasteless & odorless, with no negative side effects, so none of us mind. But you'll never guess what she's doing now. She put an amethyst in our water dish! Hmmm... amethyst... a very spiritual stone. And supposed to help alleviate feelings like separation anxiety. I wonder if her latest wacky experiment will work. I know it's primarily for my benefit, I'm the one who gets the most distressed when she isn't here at my paw tips.

She brought home a big hunk of rose quartz too, which she set in front of my baby brother Harley. Rose quartz is a heart stone. I think she's experimenting with it in the hopes it will help take the edge of his lingering aggression issues. Harley took an instant liking to the rose quartz. Hey, if it helps, I'm all for it!

Hey, cool cats...hope all is well in your world. I'm pleased to say that my Mom is handling her daily life 100% better, now that she is more or less adjusted to her new work schedule, and can look forward to those 2 days off every week. Our home is still in chaos but she did get a lot work done here this past Monday. What Mom needs is a housekeeper. She works so hard, then only wants to relax with us when she comes home. She enjoys doing housework, but cleaning is often a part of her job, so now housework really feels like houseWORK to her. Can you imagine what it's like to clean up after 50 dogs? So she has a bit of a mental block about coming home and doing it. We cheered her on as she cleaned in the kitchen, and did the laundry.

Just between us, I think Mom has a hidden agenda in keeping the place in disarray. Whenever she talks to people on the phone, I hear her say things like, "I'd love to invite you over, but my place is in chaos at the moment." Mom loves people, but she has never been a hostess. She doesn't like having people in her home, she likes to have a very private home life. I suspect she keeps the place untidy so she has a good excuse to tell people they can't come over and visit! That sort of screwy thinking would be just like her.

I wish Mom would come up with a different excuse to keep people out of her home. Or maybe she could just tell the truth and say she doesn't care to entertain at home. I don't know about Harley, but my sister Hattie and I would like Mom to keep this place a lot cleaner. We are the Felix Ungers to her Oscar Madison. Hattie sees a mess and she will go over and pee on it to register her protest. Me, I don't resort to that kind of crude negative reinforcement. I try to see Mom's side of things. I know she comes home dead tired after 10PM and just wants to put her feet up and cuddle.

Mom, you make enough money to hire someone to come in and help once a week! How about it?

Please visit with the adoption kitties who are honorary- members of my family, and become their friend!

Mom got a nice kitty adopted at work today, and now she wants to find a home for two more very special kitties. She's made them honorary members of the family. Please, meet Lyra and Tara. Make friends with them. Let's all put our paws together, and ask for a very special family to be angels for them.
