Dear Diary,
A friend of mine is needing help re-homing her friend's cat. She doesn't have much time, so this is very important. They live in Ohio. I know Catster has done amazing things on this site so that's why I'm posting this in my diary. If you can help, or know anyone who can help, please let me or my friend know.

Subject: Hi all.....meowmy needs suggestions...
well.....I know I am never here...but I do have a dear pal Alfie who is in this group.....hope your all doing well....
A lot has been going on with me and meowmy...but we won't get into that .....right now meowmy has a HUGE problem....
She has a dear friend who passed away last Sunday....he had a kitty named Rocky...so far the friends daughter doesn't know what to do with Rocky.....meowmy wishes and wishes she could take him....but with so many other kitties here and the issues we are dealing with (me included...one kitty had FIV and has to be kept seperate...) anyway.....
we live in OHio and desperately want to help find a home for Rocky....
what can we do?? The daughter is allergic to kitties and works way too much to keep him and so far they can't find a home for him...Rocky is a sweet kitty...but he has been known to bite...he doesn't attack...but just was never socialized properly...meomwy knows if she could she would take him in and help him...
she's heartbroken over this and time is running out....we can't bare to see Rocky go to a shelter...be it a no kill shelter or not...............
please..does anyone have any ideas.....
the one thing meowmy has thought of is...if she could find a home for Socks...he has FIV...he can't be with the other kitties here...but if she could find a good home for him she is thinking she could take Rocky then...............
any ideas or help....would be GREATLY appreciated......we're worried sick over what will become of Rocky..............
*Twix comes strolling through Butterfly Crossing with her basket full of flowers. As she sits down next to the lake, she begins to think about Beverly and little Cushag. "Why did they have to go?" she asks herself tearfully. She knows God has his reasons, though. Perhaps Beverly and Cushag were needed in Heaven. Maybe they had new jobs ..watching over everyone from above as angels. As Twix ponders over her thoughts, she grabs a flower from her basket and tosses it into the lake. She continues to do this until her basket is completely emptied and the lake filled with Floating Flowers.
Looking down at the lake, Twix watches the flowers gently floating on the soft waves. Just then, she feels a soft breeze on her face and it seems as if the whole garden is coming alive around her. Marge & Belle ..the garden butterflies.. and Pepper ..the squirrel.. begin noticing it, too. "What's going on?" Marge asks Twix ..Twix looks up at her garden friends and smiles. "It's just our friends ..letting us know they're still with us ..Beverly and Cushag, along with all our lost loved ones ..they're in everything beautiful that you see on this earth. The flowers, the wind, the sunshine. They're in our hearts, and because we love them, and them us, we are able to see these special things". Another soft breeze comes and Twix smiles again at her friends. "Instead of crying .." Twix says "..Lets smile ..Smile because they lived ..because we knew them. Today, lets remember Beverly and Cushag with a smile and thank god for them. "That sounds like a lovely idea" says Belle"...
Twix looks back down at the floating flowers ..feeling the soft breeze on her face ..she smiles ..whispering softly she says "Thankyou"........................
