Arrival Story:
Seamus is my second feral rescue, found in the same place as Peter, behind an office building at Logan Airport in Boston, almost exactly a year later. After the vast (ahem) knowledge gained after trapping Peter (see his story), rescuing Seamus was a cinch. I simply fed him for a few days to get him used to where the food was, and set the trap. Voila, a kitty. The only problem was that he was a surprise kitty. I actually was trying to trap a black and white cat that yet another co-worker had seen. (Gotta love all my kind an considerate co-workers who always feel the need to tell ME about cats in distress. I tell them, "You know, YOU could rescue them, too. There's no magic involved.") Anyway, my co-worker said, "that's not the cat I saw," which of course meant that there was more than one kitty outside. So I took Seamus home and called my house call vet in the morning and left food out for any other kitty that might be there and set the trap again the following evening. (To be continued with Rosie's and Maggie's rescue...).

Bio:
Seamus began his life with me as another vicious and hostile feral. Over time, he turned out to be a rather dopey, large co-dependent cat in need of constant attention. He loves to be petted (but isn't wild about being picked up, although it can be done if necessary). He is the big, silly sidekick of Peter, the conniving ringleader.
