An Eventful Walk

Wow! I have so much to write about today! A couple of days ago, my daddy and I went for a walk. I was on my leash, of course, but that didn't keep me from chasing the bees buzzing around the yard. I even caught one, but it stung me on the paw. Daddy had to get the stinger out, but we kept going. I climbed up a tree and onto the roof of the shed. I wanted to get up to the ridge, but Daddy would not allow it. I can't imagine why. Later, while I was resting, Meowmy drew a sketch of me. At first, I didn't know that it was me, because it didn't smell like me, but all the humans in my life said that it looked just like me, so I believe them.

Orange Ball! (Additional entry)

Hi, again, folks. I forgot to tell you earlier about a game that my pawrents discovered today: orange ball! They roll the oranges across the floor, pretend to be kitties(not very convincingly) and try to get me to chase them. I did not find it amusing, however, and after a while stepped out of the way whenever they rolled the oranges. They seemed to be having fun, though, so I tolerated the game for a while. My Meowmy looked like she was trying to do the worm(MOL)!

Meowmy is Such a Proud Pawrent!

Yesterday, Meowmy took me to visit an elderly lady in our church. I sniffed her, and wanted to see the entire house! I was so excited! I didn't bite or scratch at all. I did not resist when Meowmy put my harness on me, as I sometimes do. Her face lit up when I entered.

Aw, shucks folks! This is such an honor, having my diary entry being a pick! There are so many kitties that I would like to thank for this auspicious occasion! First, I would like to thank the Catster cat for believing in me! I would also like to thank all the catsters who read this entry and made this occasion possible. And finally, and most importantly, I would like to thank myself for being such an amazing, marvelous, 11 pounds of pure muscle( and fabulous fur)photogenic kitty! Meowmy is so proud! See me next week on the Wheaties commercial!(kidding)

Some training

Yay! Today Meowmy began training me to jump on things. She is working with Kit-Kat and I, because she wants us to have some "metal stimulation" whatever that is. I was so smart at picking up on it! After a while, when she said "up" I jumped up on the chair without her pointing to it! My therapy cat training seems to be going well, and perhaps I will soon be able to visit people in the nursing home, but Meowmy says I am still too "kittenish". Thanks, Meowmy. I appreciate that comment, seeing that I am a kitten!
Well, anyway, I like to play with my brother Kit-Kat, chase my sister Cat Girl, and am a skilled purrer. I like to go outside on my leash and meet new people. Chirps and Purrs,
