indoors Arrival Story: Erik was born to a cat that belongs to a neighbor of mine. She is keeping the mama cat, Jewel, and one of the kittens, whom she has named Cali. One of the other kittens in the litter went to her mom (Tiger Tail, the only kitten in the litter who has a tail). Bio: Erik is named after Erik Bedard, who is a pitcher for the Seattle Mariners. I was born in apartment #504 in an apartment complex in Tacoma, WA, where my kitty mommy and my three littermates have lived for the past 8 weeks. Now that I am grown up enough to leave my kitty mommy, I have moved to apartment #408 where my new hooman mommy has been waiting for me. I came to visit a couple times to meet her and my new brofur Sidney, but now I am here to stay. Mommy has set up a litter box and food and water dishes for me in the bathroom, where she is going to keep me for a couple weeks while Sidney and I get to know each other. Sidney is a lot bigger than me but he will sometimes run away from me! MOL! After we get used to each other Mommy hopes that she will be able to let us be together and play together. I sometimes cry and Mommy thinks that I miss my kitty mommy and my littermates. But she hopes that I will get used to living in her apartment, and she hopes that Sidney will get used to me, too! I already like to play with his toys and eat out of his food dish! MOL!
