One Year at the Birdge

It has been a year since I had to make my journey to the bridge. My humans miss me very much and love me so much.

A note from one the my humans:

Stoney you are such a special kitty! There is no person or kitty or anything else that could ever replace you and I would never want to! You have the funniest and cutest quirks and I love them. You are a great cat, sweet Stoney. My beautiful sweet cute kitty! We miss you very much and you are always in our hearts my sweet Stoney. We love you always!

Hi everyone! We are still here almost every day the time just very quiet!

We are sad to see so many wonderful friends have gone to the bridge and send them and their families purrs of comfort. We are all here watching over you with all our kitty love!

Hi everyone! I was tagged by my friend Teddy! I get to tell 7 things about myself and tag 7 of my friends!

1. I went on a camping weekend with my humans once. I got to climb a giant stack of picnic tables! That was so much fun!

2. I ate bug once. My human watched me chase it around the house and then I finally grabbed it... then she heard "CRUNCH!" MOL!

3. I don't like clothing or wearing the cat harness. When my humans put it on I roll around on the floor trying to take it off.

4. I love to sleep with my paws stretched out in front or the space heater or the fridge where the heat comes out.

5. I don't like to have my belly touched and will nip at you if you try to do that!

6. When my humans scritch under my chin and stick my whiskers forward and wrinkle my nose, it's the cutest little face.

7. I have "butt cheeks"! There are 2 little patches of white fur under my tail/on the tops of my back legs (one on each side) that my humans call "little kitty butt cheeks"

We Miss You Stoney

Beautiful Stoney, we miss you so much. We think about you every day and you are always in our hearts. You are a very special kitty and while we are glad you are not hurting now, we miss you being with us and being able to pet you and feed you and watch you play and hear your sweet meows. We love you Stoney!

Very Sad

Over the past week or so we had been calling around trying to get a vet who would do the surgery on Stoney to close his hole up and remove the abscess. We found someone who said they could probably do that. So we took him there yesterday.
When the vet looked at him he said that Stoney's problem was much bigger than bad teeth. Stoney had also developed another hole in his cheek like the one he had before, except this time there was no pus draining from it. There had also been a few times where Stoney's eye/socket was bleeding quite a lot. This was something that this particular vet had seen before and knew what was wrong. They scraped a few cells from Stoney's face and looked at them under a microscope. It was cancer. It was an incurable type and the vet said he would not live much longer. We could either sustain him for the next couple of months or we could put him to sleep. The vet thought the most humane thing to do was the euthanasia. We didn't want him to suffer anymore either. There was no way to make him get better like we had hoped and Stoney had something far worse than an abscess and a large hole.
So yesterday we helped him to the bridge. He looked peaceful like he was asleep. He doesn't have to hurt anymore now.
We miss him so much and it hurts so bad. We had no idea he had cancer and the whole time we thought we could fix him. I can't imagine the pain he must have been in, poor baby. And he was still so young. He brought us much happiness and many laughs and we have beautiful memories of him. He was the best kitty we ever had the pleasure to take care of.
He is going to be buried with other kitties and we will go and visit him there. I can barely believe that he is gone and it's so hard to think about him not being here.
We want to thank each and every one of you, humans and cats, for all the purrs and caring messages you sent to our baby and us.
I would have come on yesterday to tell you all but I couldn't bear to write it. Stoney, you are loved always and you will always be in my heart.

Oral Surgeons

Well, we called the vet that our vet referred us to and it turns out that they only have limited dental procedures that they do as well. My humans have been searching online for veterinary dental specialists and the only one we found so far was in Acton, MA and that's out past Boston. We still don't have a car but we think it's worth a call to see if they think they can fix me up and we will also ask if it's possible for me to have the surgery the same day I go in to be looked at which will make this no car thing a lot easier. We will have to find a ride with somebody if we can or get a taxi and we have no idea how much money that will be but if this vet knows they can fix me then my humans don't mind paying for the cab. They are still looking around though to see if maybe there is a closer one on the cape or maybe in Rhode Island. We are also calling other local vets to see if maybe they have more dental equipment available or a pet dentist in the office.
I have been very good with my medicines and after I took them this afternoon I got 4 pieces of yummy soft chew cat treats. They taste like chicken and I love them. I was never big on cat treats but I really like these! I ate and ate and ate last night and we are all thinking that without that tooth that became loose because of that big hole, I am having an easier time eating which is good :)

The Vet

So, I went to the vet today. They drained what they could from the abscess but there are actually solid chunks of stuff in there. The vet called and said that he does not have the expertise or equipment to remove that and has given my humans the address of an oral surgeon who he thinks will be able to go inside my mouth and take out all the crap and possibly sew my hole somehow. We will be calling them tomorrow. I also got another tooth removed. A fang! It was the tooth that got all crooked because of that big hole and it was very loose so they took it out for me and now I can close my mouth. I was very hungry tonight because I couldn't eat anything after midnight yesterday. They gave me 3 medicines to take they are pain reducers and antibiotics. I start those in the morning. We will let everyone know what the oral surgeon says!

Meow

Happy Halloween everyone! Thank you to all my friends for the gifties!

The abscess didn't pop on it's own, so I am having it drained at the vet's on Election Day. We are hoping he will also clean the hole in my mouth out a lot because my humans couldn't do it at home. When they try I fight and squirm and it hurts me and bleeds sometimes. My nose very stuffy and noisy and my eye looks more swollen then it was when we went to the vet before so we are glad that my appointment is soon so that I can get all the yucky stuff out of there. I've just been doing lots of relaxing and snuggling, and boy do I need my claws trimmed! We do have clippers at home but, my humans can't do mine, I bite the clippers and pull my paws away from them! MOL!

Thankies!

Thank you Sausage and Meatball and everyone who is purring for me! We are furry grateful to have such sweet furriends!
I'm sleeping right now but every day my humans give me my medicine and hold a hot washcloth on my face for about 10 minutes at a time. I also get saline eye drops and saline nose drops to keep me moist and help keep me clean. My humans also try to flush my mouth out with saline to get out foods that are stuck in that yucky hole. I don't like that though and will only open my mouth for approximately 1 second. They are going to ask the vet about maybe a medicine that will temporarily relax me more so that they can easily clean my mouth (such as a tiny sedative or kitty anti-stress pill)

The Vet

Well we went to the vet today. They looked weighed me (I gained a few ounces) and took my temperature which was fine. Then they looked me over and gave me a shot of penicillin and a 14-day course of antibiotics to use in conjunction with hot packing my eye/cheek to try to get the abscess I have to pop on its own so it can drain out the infection. If it doesn't pop within the time I am on the antibiotics then they are going to surgically drain it. The vet also said I don't have enough skin in my mouth to sew the hole closed without very expensive cosmetic dentistry. After the abscess drains and the infection starts clearing he said my humans can help try to make sure the hole doesn't get infected and loaded with food again by flushing and cleaning it out after every meal with saline or water. He said for then to get me saline nasal spray and saline contact lens rinse too.
So starting tonight I will begin my antibiotics and hot packs (just a wet, hot washcloth) a few times a day.

Thank you my furriends for the gifties yesterday and today! Apollo your Halloween costume and message made me MOL! Thank all of you for the purrs and love :)

Still waiting for our vet appointment here, just relaxing a lot and eating... My humans feel bad that I can't eat my dry food still... Sometimes I will walk up to it and want to eat some but I can't :( I can only have canned pate foods right now, or baby food which isn't bad either. Hopefully the vet can fix me up next time I go in so I can start feeling better. My humans really want them to clean out the hole in my mouth and close it up because they don't see how it will ever stay clean and heal if it is open. It is a rather large hole :( We will let you all know how that goes.

Good News and a Reschedule

Well, my humans spoke to the vet yesterday and the vet rescheduled my appointment for next week. This is because of the good news! We have been able to get enough money to cover everything (I think) that the vet may have to do, so they had to reschedule it for next week, so I can go in and they will take care of everything that day, they said. My appointment for today was just for an initial exam and an estimate so they probably didn't have a large enough time slot to do everything that would need to be done. I am doing well enough to wait another week, and it's just uncomfortable but the vet said if we can take care of everything in one day that will eliminate having to spend the $40-ish on just being looked at and not getting anything fixed.
Thank you so much to everyone who wants to help and for all of the gifties and purrs! We should be able to take care of everything ourselves! YAY!
We will let you all know how that goes when I go in.
My humans are a little disappointed that they could not do it sooner but there wasn't anything they could do to make the vet have enough time sooner. MOL

Company

Hi all... My humans want to let everyone know that we may not be on as much for the next couple weeks... We are having company! We will still try and get on to keep everyone updated especially about my vet appointment on the 6th and tell you all what they say there. Thank you for all your support and purrs!

I'm still the same and just waiting on the appointment because I haven't gotten any better, although I seem to have stopped pulling out my furs so that's good at least.

Update

Well, we called the vet's office. They are booked up until October 6th, so that's when my appointment is for. It will probably not be much-just an evaluation and maybe medicine and we'll get an estimate from him again. If they do see that this is related to my surgery then hopefully it will be covered by them. I am not sure if it is or not since what happened was the hole I had (abscess) next to my bad tooth actually kind of "merged" with the hole made from extracting said tooth and then instead of healing it just stayed open and then kept getting food stuck in it, swelled, made my tooth unalign and now it looks infected.

For now my humans are to keep me comfortable and as clean as possible (still getting yucky face baths daily sometimes twice >.

Many many many thank you's to everyone who sent me gifts, pawmails, group invites, well wishes, and friend requests! We love Catster and the community here so much! You are all wonderful kitties with wonderful humans! It is so nice to see such a loving place and we are so happy to be part of it!

Need to see the vet again!

The antibiotics barely helped me at all :( I have a good appetite, but the hole in my mouth is still not closed. My eye is still oozing yucky goo and I have snot coming out of my nose, and guess what else, my fur has started to come out! We don't know if it is because I am grooming myself to hard or maybe a reaction to the antibiotics, or hyperthyroidism, we have no idea. But it makes my humans SO sad to see me like this! I am not acting sick at all, but I look a mess! We don't know what to do, the vet does not do payment plans and even though my human is working she owes about 700 dollars to gas and electric from being unemployed over the summer and we can barely afford to pay the bills rent and food.
They are doing the best they can and are trying to get enough to get me in very soon. Maybe if we can get the vet on the phone directly he will help. At least look at me for free and give an evaluation. My human says there must be something they can do to make this hole close and keep it from getting filthy. It is open so I constantly have food stuck in it and my humans can't clean it for me because I cry and cry because it hurts, and if they even try to I start to bleed. My tooth is still unaligned because of it.
This is so hard they try and try and can never have enough money to take me. They can't not pay the bills because if they don't they will have their utilities shut off and it's getting cold here. We don't know what to do, but we're doing the best we can. This is why I have not been writing much. My humans have been incredibly stressed out lately and they are doing what they can for me themselves. Hopefully I will get in soon, if they can't we are might need to ask for help somewhere. We hate doing this because we are unable to give back at this point and don't want to take from other people, money that they might need themselves. We already got help once, my humans didn't want to have to ask again because it feels wrong :(
My other human applied for work but has not heard back from anybody yet either. She says she can't wait for a new president because they need to fix this economy, and our current president hasn't really done that. I will keep everyone updated with any news.

Meow

First off, my human wants to apologize for the lack of updates. She has been focused on taking care of and hanging out with me ^.^
I have been taking my antibiotic every day and let me tell you, they are huge. As big as a human ibuprofen pill. My humans have to hold and and stick the pill way in the back of my throat and hold my mouth shut so I swallow it. Even then, sometimes I still don't. The other day I jumped down off the counter after the pill and spit it out. I do not like these. I'm still drooling a lot and my mouth is still swollen, therefore my tooth is still not aligned correctly. I have been eating baby food and attempting cat food, but most of the cat food just ends up on the floor. When I try to eat I usually drop food out of my mouth :( My humans say to me, that it's ok that I make a mess, but they feel sad for me that I can't enjoy my cat food like I normally do. I love my cat food, soft and hard both. Baby food portions are far too small >.< Every time my humans eat I come over and meow at them like I did as a kitten, they think it's because I can't eat as much as I am used to. They offer tiny amounts of what they are eating to me but usually I just drop it on the floor :( I have yucky boogers that get stuck on my nose and my human has to wash my face every day and I don't like it!! I am also being very affectionate, coming to my humans with tiny cute meows and headbutts. I still have about 2 weeks of antibiotics to take. If they don't help my humans are planning to bring me to the vet so he can take a look at me. Money has been extremely tight and my human just got back to work after the summer lay-off (since she works at a college restaurant) so money should start coming in soon and not be so rough.

Called the Vet

We talked to the vet and he says I probably need more, stronger antibiotics maybe for a longer time period. He says I had a very major infection there. He also says that my tooth is out of place due to swelling and it should correct itself. My medicine will be ready later today and one of my humans will go pick it up. My humans bought me some jars of baby food to eat, which I have been. I've been making such a mess when I eat because I drool and food falls out of my mouth :(
My humans say they are just happy that I am eating and it's ok :)
I have also been climbing all over them while they are eating, a behavior I had as a kitten MOL but they think this is just because I'm extra hungry since I couldn't eat my kitty food but hopefully I will return to eating cat food in a few days once the swelling goes down and my tooth goes back in place.

Not So Good

This morning when my humans woke up they found that I would not eat anything. One of them looked at my mouth and saw that I can't close it now. It appears as if the hole that was next to my bad tooth and the hole from the actual extraction have merged and gotten bigger and swollen, pushing my top right canine out of correct alignment so that it interferes with my bottom right canine. I'm drooling a lot and I'm very hungry and we are waiting for the vet to call back. My humans just tried to feed me with some suction thing that squeezes the food out into my mouth. I barely sat still and I don't like it. My breath is starting to smell again though we are not sure why. My humans would just bring me but they have no money so if we have to go to the vet we don't know what to do yet. We will keep you all updated.

Bubbles

My humans tell me that my nose is so stuffy that sometimes I blow bubbles out of it! MOL They got me some saline nasal spray per the vet's direction and it seems to help a bit. My humans have been busy lately organizing the closets, but they do always make time for me! I even got a few licks of cream cheese today! :headbutts: to all my friends!

Sausage!

Wow! Today my humans were eating french toast and sausage... and I was sitting by the table next to both of them. They looked at me and "MEOW!" I say! So they were like "we're eating french toast, you don't eat french toast, do you?" Then, one of them grabbed a teeny piece of sausage and let me try and OH YUMMY! I never had sausage before... This is maple flavored sausage and I LOVE it! I want some more! So they gave me a few more tiny pieces... but then they said that I had enough... One of my humans said "it's greasy, you don't want to eat too much of it, it even upsets MY belly sometimes" But it is so yummy! :dances:
Also, I'm still taking my antibiotics but I think I'm almost done with those... and my swelling has continued to decrease.

Ahhhh!!!!!

Guess what!! My humans decided that they just HAD to vacuum the floor today! I saw that thing being pulled out and ran... I ran behind the chair and I'm still there... Shhhh don't tell that to the loud machine!! I hate that thing!! I'll write more when I know there are no noisy machines about...

Pill Expulsion

MOL yesterday my humans found one of my pills on the floor, dirty an fuzzy with hair! They didn't even notice when I spit it out hehehe! But then they had more pills.. and are still giving them to me.. and on some sort of schedule too! I don't like these pills very much... But it does look like the swelling around my nose and eye has gone down even more. I get my face washed several times a day too and I put my paws up in protest to this. It's water and I don't like it!
It also looks like my humans may have to bring me to the vet for nail trimming... When they tried to do them at home I kept trying to bite the clippers/fingers... I wouldn't let them near my claws MOL

More Medicine!

My humans called the vet this morning and told them I still have some stuff dripping from my eye and a really stuffy nose with a small amount of swelling on the bridge of my nose, so the nice vet (who closes at noonish on Saturday) left some antibiotics for me inside of their mailbox with my name on it AND because we didn't have enough money to pay for them until next week they said we didn't have to pay until we got money! This time they gave me Clavamox that I need to take twice a day for 1 week. After I take all of those my humans will take me to the vet if they don't help. Other than that, I am eating my canned food and they are putting some water in my dry food to soften it so I can eat that too. My mouth looks like it's healing up nicely and the hole that my bad tooth made is getting smaller too.

Yum!

I ate my food today! My humans put a lot in my bowl and I ate some and now it's in the fridge for me to have later. One of my humans woke up around 9:30 AM and then she went back to sleep at 10:30 AM and slept until 3:00 PM, but when she went to take her nap she scooped me up and took me with her, and I hung out on the bed with her. She fell asleep, and when she woke up I was under the bed (I like to hang out there) and I fell asleep MOL
I'm just relaxing in the living room right now, in another one of my spots which is behind one of the recliners. My humans are about to eat dinner, maybe I'll go investigate the food.

Food

Today I didn't eat much of my wet kitty food. It's the kind with sliced meats in gravy so I have a hard time chewing it. My humans didn't get to go grocery shopping until this afternoon and when they were there they picket out canned food that was pate or ground up and I ate a lot more of that. The store didn't have any catmilk though. Before they went shopping I was pretty hungry and jumped up on the table while they were eating spaghetti so they gave me a little bit of that. That was easier for me to eat than the cut up meat cat food! We know spaghetti isn't so great for kitties but they didn't want me to be too hungry. I chased my laser light a little bit and relaxed all day. It was rainy and chilly so we closed the windows and wore long sleeves and pants. Well, not me, but my humans did MOL

Drool

Today when I was eating, I lifted my head up and had a giant tendril of drool hanging off my lip! One of my humans is also getting dental work done and she says she drools like me too MOL She is going to be going back to her dentist a few more times to get some more teeth pulled and then they will give her some fake teeth. She has some teeth that are very worn down, so they just decided to pull them and fit her with new ones. Right now we are both gumming our food!!
I still have a day of antibiotics to take and then my humans are going to call the vet and see if they think I need some more, because my nose is still stuffy and somewhat runny and my eye is still dripping a bit.
My other human gave me a little lick of sour cream from her finger tip today too! Yummy!

Washing My Face

My humans like to wet paper towels and wash my face with them... Sometimes I protest this to the point of pushing their hands away with my paws! MOL Anyway, I did that today because they were cleaning the goop off of my eye (the one that has the third eyelid showing, which the vet said can take a few months to completely retract)
There was a thunderstorm today too and I don't like those too much. Sometimes, I walk low to the ground with my tail down when there is one!
And thank you to all of my friends for the gifts, I got even more Febreeze collars today MOL!!

So many kitty's have birthdays today and guess what, it's one of my human's birthday too! So happy happy purrthday birthday to everyone today!

New Picture

My humans took a picture of my mouth today so everyone can see where I have no teeth now MOL I'm still able to eat some stuff and thank you for all the other food suggestions my humans say they will look at those when they do grocery shopping. I wonder if I like cat milk?? :)
I'm playing like a kitten again and chased my laser light today so that was fun!
My humans saw part of the pupil in my right eye today too so my third eyelid is beginning to retract into it's natural position! Yay!

Wow, Diary of the Day!

I didn't even see it at first until my kitty friends sent me a present congratulating me on getting Diary of the Day! Then, we looked near the bottom of the page and there I am on the homepage! Thank you Catster!!!!!!!
Last night at dinner we found a new food that I like, baked beans! My humans gave me a few of those because I was sitting on the floor looking at them and they figured I could have some because they are soft and wouldn't hurt my gums and they love me so much! MOL They gave me a few tiny pieces of hot dog too, and then one of my humans suggested I have some more canned kitty food. She took the rest of the can out of the fridge, put it in my bowl and even microwaved it to take the chill out. Then, she put the bowl, and me on the table to eat dinner with everyone! That was so cute!

Getting Better

Today my gums have stopped bleeding and my humans washed my face with some wet paper towels this morning. I didn't like that but it certainly made me look prettier :)
I have been eating, mostly canned food but I even had a couple pieces of dry food too. My third eyelid is still showing but my face doesn't have pus coming out of it anymore and the swelling has gone down a lot. When my humans gave me my antibiotic this morning I didn't swallow it the first time and dropped it out of my mouth on the floor so they had to try again MOL
I've been playing more, I stretched out a few times and scratched at the carpet and grabbed one of my humans arms and started "bunny kicking" it and then I bit her a few times but she was happy that I was being playful because it has been a long time since I have felt like playing. I'm not lethargic anymore. I even grabbed some of her hair and chewed on it MOL
My nose is sort of stuffy still and I have some boogers on it but my humans wash my face and take them off for me. I still don't like it :) Anyway I feel a lot better than I have in a long time and I am starting to act like a cat again!

Home!

Stoney got dropped off at the vet this morning at 8:30 and we just brought him home. He just got here about 15 minutes ago. I opened the carrier door and he walks out, still wobbly from the anesthesia which we think is wicked cute. Right now he's walking around the table repeatedly (not on the table) and looking around the house. They ended up taking out not 1, but 3 teeth! I guess he had a couple more bad ones in there. Before the surgery they gave him a "feline pre-surgical CBC" and the visit ended up costing 60 more dollars (exactly what we had left) so we were able to cover that, again thanks to all of the great people who helped us (thank you!) He came home with a feline dental record card where they crossed out the teeth they removed today. Apparently he also had like 9 missing already, we have never seen any fall out so maybe they never grew in, we don't know. My mommy went to the pet store while she was out and got a finger pet toothbrush and toothpaste kit so we can start brushing his teeth after his gums heal some. They also sent him home with a little bag of dental diet food and they gave us the teeth they pulled out. The spot where the really bad infected tooth was is still bleeding a little but that's ok, he'll groom himself when he's settled in. Anyway, the surgery went well and he's recovering now. Playful Kitty!

Today I played more then I have played in months! I even jumped in the air trying to catch a toy that my humans made for me! Yup, I'm really feeling a lot better. I got brushed today too and boy did I have lots of loose furs MOL Especially on my tail, I even had some tangles there. My humans called the vet to ask about taking my antibiotic tomorrow before I go in and they said to skip it, so no food no water and no medicine after midnight. I'm gonna be hungry and thirsty and I won't be able to eat a lot of food until Wednesday! My bad tooth will be out though so that is very very good!

Looking Good

My humans say that my antibiotics are helping! The swelling on my cheek has gone down and there is much less goop around my eye! My breath has gotten a lot less stinky too and I seem to be drooling less. I'm being a super kitty and letting them give me my medicine with not much of a fuss at all!! We all can't wait for my tooth to come out on Tuesday so I can get completely better! My humans are so happy! They want to thank everyone again for all of their help!
Today one of my humans put her hand low to the ground and wiggled her fingers and called me, and I ran over for some petting and then later, she laid on the floor with me and I rolled onto my back and let her give me more pettings! She says I'm SO CUTE!!!!!!!

Kitty Medicines!!

My humans held me and and put icky pills called "Clindamycin" in my mouth and made me eat them today! They say it's something called an "antibiotic" and it supposed to make me feel better. They have to do this to me 2 times a day! And then they had to hold me and put nasty liquid called "Metacam" in my mouth and make me swallow that! They say that it is supposed to make my tooth not hurt so bad. The liquid made me very upset when they tried to give it to me and I tried very hard to squirm away but they held me tight!! They had to give me 0.2 ML of it and it took them 5 tries because I would not stop moving my head! Then when they finally got some into my mouth they had to to it in 3 swallows because I cried about it! I meowed and meowed and wagged my tail back and forth angrily! But then after I let them give me these nasty medicines they tell me how good I am and that I did so well and tell me that soon i will be feeling all better and that they are gonna get me all fixed up and beautiful again!! They put some margarine on my pills when they give them to me to make them not taste bad though. I hate the liquid pain medicine the most! They only have to give me that once a day though yay! My eye has also not had any bleeding since I went to see the vet. We will keep everyone updated on how I'm doing!

Meow Wonderful!

Thank to all of the people who helped us, Stoney will be able to get taken care of! Soon, he will be all better and looking beautiful again! Look for new pictures to be posted when he is all fixed! Thank you everyone, from the bottoms of our hearts!! Meow!

Yay! We're Home!

So we are home from the vet's office now and Stoney is gonna have surgery on Tuesday July 29. Today, they looked him over and said that his tooth has eroded into his gums and got very infected and that is why his eye is swollen, and it needs to be extracted and until it does he won't get any better. They gave us antibiotics to give him every twelve hours. They also gave us a liquid pain medication to give him once a day, until his appointment.
We have to take his food away when we go to bed on Monday night because he can't eat or drink anything before the surgery due to anesthesia he will be getting. They are also going to clean and polish all of his other teeth!
The veterinarian Dr. Ramsey is so nice and it's a really cute place that looks kind of like a cottage. They love kitties there and have 5 that live there! We met a pretty one today that is 19!
We are going to make him Stoney's regular vet now too.
On the way there Stoney meowed and meowed and once we got in everyone was petting him and loving him and telling us what a nice, good kitty he is! I'm so happy and relieved that we are going to get him taken care of!

To the Veterinarian

Good meowning everyone! My humans are up getting ready to take me to the vet so they can check me out. I'm gonna get vaccinations too >^o.o^<
We'll be going at 11AM and the appointment is at 12PM, my humans want to make sure I get there early so I can get inside ASAP. They are gonna bring back with us, an estimate on how much it's gonna cost to fix me all up and make me better and meowtiful again. We'll be back when we get home!

We have gotten a vet that will look at Stoney. He has an appointment tomorrow at 12pm, and my mom's friend called back and will give us a ride! They are going to give him all of the vaccinations that he is behind on. So, tomorrow we will know exactly what Stoney needs. Much love purrs and meows from all of us!!

Plans for Today

Stoney is asleep right now and I am waiting for vets to open. Plans for today are to first call all the local veterinarians that you wonderful people have pointed out to us that we didn't see in the phone book and see if they can at least get him in.
