I's gots da ring wormies. Oh NO! August 18th 2008 8:19 pm Oh no no no no no. It just can't be true. Mommy and daddy took me to the vet today and they said that my scabby ear is the ring wormies. Grossies. The doc said that I probably had the wormsies when mommy adopted me from the shelter, but that I didn't show signs until a few weeks ago. The doc said that the fungus spray mommy was using was good enough to get rid of it. Mommy thinks the vet is wrong because I am a Himalayan and she read that sometimes it is very hard for us Himmys to get rid of the ring wormsies because of our fur. I'm a good girl and don't ever scratch my scab, but mommy thinks that she should call another vet to see if I need some medicine to help it go away. I don't want to take any more medicine, though. I don't like taking pills; not one bit! But in other news, I weigh a whole 6 pounds and 7 ounces! That means that mommy and daddy made me gain a whole pound and a half. The doc said that was very good and that I shouldn't be more than 7 pounds since I'm a little cat. All that Wellness food is sure making me a healthy kitty...well, minus the wormsies anyway!!
