Pet-Peeves:
Don't even touch me past my shoulders! I even fuss at mom for that. I guess I'm gettin' grouchy in my old age. I don't like it when humans come at me and try to pet me and I haven't even had a chance to sniff them out yet!

Favorite Toy:
A plastic ring off of a milk jug cap, a catnip mouse, and a laser pointer is major fun for me.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Mom's lap, wedged in between the arm of the loveseat and my mom, the back of the loveseat, and the leather ottoman next to the loveseat.

Favorite Food:
Canned catfood given as a treat, potato chips, french fries, fried chicken, usually she cries for bites of anything I'm eating!

Skills:
A certain way of begging for bites of my food. She sits and waits and when she doesn't get anything, she'll close her eyes to almost slits, like she's trying to look pitiful. It is hilarious!

Arrival Story:
I got her from a real nice home. It was just her and her brother left, but the little girl was keeping the brother. Callie was just 6 weeks old when I took her home. She's been with me for 14yrs.

Bio:
I lived in an apartment when I first got Callie. We lived there 2yrs. Then I bought a house and made the big move. Callie loved exploring new spaces. She's been with me thru lots of break-ups, sad times, and even a bad tornado, her and I huddled in the bathroom of our apartment with a pillow and a teddy bear until the storm passed! It was scarry, but she stayed right by my side. Even when I'm sick, she seems to know, because she gently comes to me and curls up either on my lap or beside me and looks up at me as if to say "mommy, it's ok, I'm here."
