OK enough WEATHER, already!

I tried to walk on SNOW this morning! I wasn't too graceful ... it was just slightly hard on top, and slick, and either my paw would *POOF* through the surface or all four of my legs & paws would have to position themselves very oddly for me NOT to go skittering across the front yard! MomKatt called me silly & told me to go back to the front porch ... so I went around the side of the house. Humph ... tell ME what to do, will she?

I'm OVER this crap, already!

Mmmm new Fancy Feast!

MomKatt told me today they have new canned Fancy Feast "Gravy Lovers" coming out! WHOOHOO!

I LOVE FF gravy ... I just hope they don't replace my "Grilled" varieties, as they are my all time favorite canned cat foods!

I told her to PLEASE get some samples ASAP!

It's very hot on the porch the last few days but it IS summer in NC after all. MomKatt's back to putting a couple of those floating cubes in my water to keep it cool and she changes it frequently to make sure I always have fresh H2O. (Yes, I know chemistry, I just can't write out the equations on a blackboard.)

And I miss my AJ!

I'm 2 ... at least that's what MomKatt thinks. I'll go with that - it's easy to remember.

A new year and MY BIRTHDAY!

Today is my birthday - at least that's what MomKatt's determined until she can get me to a vet to have him/her estimate how old I am. Says I can't be too old, since I was kinda undersized when I first came up last spring. Then again, I've grown a LOT since then. *puffs out his chest happily* I'm much bigger and healthier, thanks to good nutrition. Do you know, she even gets up on days she doesn't have to go to work at 6 AM ... just to make sure I'm fed? She's been late a couple of mornings, but that's OK - I understand. I just hang out on the front doormat, or the steps 'til I see the porch light turn on. Then I know she's awake & around & will be outside soon.

My water was a little frozen this morning - just a thin layer of ice on the top - and MomKatt broke it for me. I was trying to lick the ice and she didn't realize it was frozen until she came to bring my wet food & sit beside me while I ate it!

She always sits w/me while I eat my wet food to make sure I eat all or most all of it. She's very good to me and I'm very very lucky.

So I guess I'll have a nice b'day. I guess I'm ... one year old? MOL Well I am at least for now! I may have to adjust that number if we learn anything different! LOL
