indoors Arrival Story: I am a feral rescue from Momma's old yard~she trapped me out of a litter of 4 kittens, when we were failing in the heat.I stayed in the trapped until the following morning until I could get tested for FIV/FeLV and checked for parasites.I then stayed on the back porch for 5 days until I was climbing the door frames to get inside the house! My Real Feral Mom is still out there and lives in a Feral Colony near the Pinellas Trail in Dunedin,Florida.I had a rough start with a septic infection of my front leg,and Mommy had to make the decision if she was going to keep me as her own cat or foster me for a rescue who had no room for me. July 4th,2008, I was running a fever of 104 and was listless so she decided she was going to keep me and I went to spent the weekend at the vets. I was one costly kitty! Bio: I was tested,given my shots and moved to this new place with all my brothers and sister. I was neutered and given complete blood work tests for kidney,liver and organ functions in September 2008, by a vet who is also a Naturalistic vet/Acupuncturist! He said I may develop spinal problems later in my life as most manx do!
