Arrival Story:
We were in the process of looking for a companion for our hyperactive 8 month old siamese. We had been told to find a female who was about a year old and who would be outgoing. We went to Petsmart to buy the siamese a cat tree, and stopped to look at the kittens they had for adoption. She was four 1/2 months old, her card said she got along with kids and other cats and dogs. She had the most amazing tiger stripes on her legs! When they took her out of her cage, she just rubbed her head on our hands and purred so loudly. She was curious and had the hugest green eyes. We couldn't leave her, so she came home with us that night.

Bio:
Amber is the sweetest cat ever. She LOVES people, especially strangers. She bonded with my retired mother and really didnt pay me much attention for the first two years in the house. Mostly she kept her distance cause the siamese is very very jealous and didnt like her getting too close to me. When my mother passed away, she asserted herself to the meezer, and now she is the most affectionate cat in the world. She will jump on my lap when I'm on the computer and NOTHING will make her get down, she rarely meows (which is good since the siamese talks enough for three cats), but her purring can be heard all over the house.
