Arrival Story:
I came from a shelter, where my name there was "Chanel." The sign on her cage said I had a lot of energy, so the mom thought i would be a good companion to my brother Ciao-Li, who'd been with the mom since July (I was adopted just before Christmas.) Even though he lived there first and had established his place in the family, I assumed that I would be the only baby and we had some rocky times at first, but we eventually learned to get along the majority of the time.

Bio:
I was named after Scout (Jean Louise Finch) in "To Kill a Mockingbird" and Ouiser in "Steel Magnolias" because of my combo of sweetness and feistiness.

Some of my prettiest features are the M on my forehead, my big green eyes with natural eyeliner, my multi-colored fur (brown, black, tan, white, red), my gorgeous tummy, my black lips, and of course my beautiful strrripes. I also have a beauty mark on the roof of my mouth.

My Celeb Crush:
I am in love with Mr. Cary Grant. One day we were watching him on the big light-up box and I couldn't take my pretty green eyes off him. Then my mom showed me a magazine with his picture on the cover, and I rubbed my face against it. He is so handsome, for a human.

Stinkin' 2010!

DANG! Yet another tragedy has struck poor Joe Gray's family. This time it was his dear brofur Chuckie Charlike who went to the Bridge, after discovering that he had oral cancer. Chuckie was such a good, sweet boy and we were just all getting to know him better in The Kit Kat Club. Chuckie was so blessed to have a loving home and was given a wonderful life here on earth. I would like to ask anyone reading this to please pray for Chuckie's mom. She has lost two deeply loved boys already this month/year. She loves all of her furs so much and is such a good meowm to them.
