Arrival Story:
Eric didn't have a very good start in life - he was seized by the RSPCA after sustaining injuries from his previous owners, believed to have been caused by being thrown down the staurs, or against a wall. He had a double hip fracture, and they delayed taking him to the vets for over a week. Consequently his back end is a bit messed up, and he walks with a stiff wiggle - hence the penguin nickname. It took a while for him to regain his strength, but he's pretty good at jumping up things now. He came to us in December 2006.
