Arrival Story:
I got a lovely, loveable little tiny British Blue Shorthair male kitten called 'Lionel Rees-Mogg' (I had never had a pedigree before).....after a week we had to have him put to sleep because he had two terminal illnesses that could both have been communicable to our other cats........six months later the vet said we could try again with no problem......we got a (huge) tiny baby British Shorthair and we called him Cuchulain (an Irish Warrior Hero) because we wanted him to grow big and strong.......we then found out that Cuchulain, in Irish, is pronounced 'Coo-hulan'.....which then became 'Coolan', which then became (you've guessed it) 'Colin'.....he HAS grown big and strong (as you can see).....but he has lost his mythical status, I am afraid, and has become 'Colin the Cat, the Greatest Wobble in the World'........sad? maybe......but much more homely..........
