Max-Max's jounrey to his new forever home!

Playing with MaxMax

MaxMax is quite the curious boy. When we are home and not cooking we let him out to run and play. He has a few new habits that I find very cute.
1) he likes to zoom by you and then hide, so that you walk through the house calling, Oh Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax! Maaaaaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx where are youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! And when he's bored by our complete inability to find him he buzzez us by running between our feet!
2) he likes to hide anywhere but one of his new favs is the diningroom chairs that are tucked under the table. As you walk by hi bats you on the leg makes you jump and you are looking around for what was that. After a few minutes of looking he sneaks a paw out and rests it on your leg hehhehhehehe
3) Mom had two porclian babies in a basket her babies Michelle and WIlliam. Well she has a blacket wrapped around the basket and he sneaks under there and lys still. We are sitting their watching tv and are like Max? what are you up to. And As we call hs name he moves the blanket and sticks out a paw.
4) we had a spare basket on the livingroom couch and he likes to lay in it and bat at anything you try to touch HIS basket with
5) In my room he climbs up the bed under the comforter and moves about the foot of the bed while it is night and the lights are out! He moves steadily towards me and scares the poop out of me. Got this in pixs and at least one maybe two videos, will be adding them to multiply soon as I can.
6) but my favorite is he plays hide and seek with me and mom we let him out and count 123, where could little MaxMax be! 456 Gonna catch him quick 789 that little man's belly is all mine. Okay Max 10 is here, and I coming near. And then we start calling out maxmax! Where's the cute delivishly little max max? Is he is the kitchen? Stop listen (Oh I hear a jingle but not from in there!) Is MaxMax in livingroom licking the mantel? (Hmmmmmmm nope don't see him, and don't hear him!) Is maxMax in Grandma's bedroom hiding under the bed? (You get down and peer under the bed, No he isn't here! Oh wait I hear that little boogeybutts jingling tingling bell!) MaxMax qare you in here under the diningroom table? (look under table, 8 time sout of ten he's sitting curled up watching you from grandma's chair) Sometimes he is under the bed and if he is when you look under it he streaks by and his tail rubs against your cheek as he runs to hide again hehehe He is just too cute! July 31st: Is that a birdie in my garden?

O I have this great window in mommy and my room. Thre are lots of trees and bushes there giving shad and much fun for me to behold. I get to see bugs, squirrels and my fav birdies. I hear their chirps and trills and see them hopping from branch to branch. Well today was special. Today I was cuddling with mommy and heard a noise and went on alert. I looked at te window and I saw bouncing hops in the branches. I slowly and quietly stood up, and edged towards the window. I climbed over mommy's arm, across her keypad and then one quiet foot after the next lowered myself to the window sill! I sat there very quietly and watched the birdie hop hopping from branch to branch right in front of my window! The birdie was sooooo close adn yet sooo far away. I watched it and watched it until it turned to face the window. It saw me did a little hop and gave a chirp and was gone leaving a swaying branch. I was a purty big birdie too, all brown with a yellowish tummy, think mommy said a sparrow! I sure hope that birdie comes back! I want to see the end of the show!

I just love birdies. I even got to see a hum a hum, oh what kinda birdie did mom say it was. Well it was a small birdie with green and blue feathers with a long thin beak and super fast wings. That birdie was so alluring! Oh yeah Mommy says it's a Hummingbirdie haahaa!

July 29th: Salon visit!

Okay mommy keeps telling me we are going to the salon to get me all purties. Why I have know idea since mommy always says I am her handsome baby boy? So she gently put me in front of my carrier and i remember my nice cozy blankie and climb inside. But hey! Mom closed the door and locked me in! Then she saaid it was time to go! She took me out to the car and seatbelted me into the front passenger seat. Then she got in! We got to hear Alrington and Honky tonk Badonkadonk! I love those songs now! haahaa!

So I got to go for another drive and of course I complained about not being able to see anything but dashboard and mommy said it's for my safety! Phewwy! So we pull up and she says Maxmax were here!
She turns the car off gets out comes around unlatches the seatbelt and lift's my carrier out! We go to the dorr and Julio (My groomer) opened the door. Well Julio was having a trouble with the system about logging me in as a cat so for the day Julio said I was a Bichon Frise! So I was like coolies I get to be a dog. Julio's doggie was very excited and barking a bit, kinda got me puffy somewhat but the Julio showed mommy why. She had 4 puppies that were less then a week old can't blame her there. So Mommy and Julio spoke for a while then Mommy left! She said she'd be back soon to pick me up! Well Julio said, ready to get started? I just looked at him and thought ready for what?
First he clipped my nails, then he cleaned my ears and face and
well as soon as he put me on the little tub table and I felt the warm water awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I was in heaven. And then he started massaging me puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! And then I was a soapy snow kitty and he rinsed, rinsed and rinsed it off, then he half towel dried me, very nice. And then he put me in a cage that was nice and warm, well warm air kept coming in to warm and dry me. By the time Mommy came to pick me up I was absolutely tuckered out and in need of a nap! It was very nice!

Grandpa and Grandma wrapped around my little puffy tail!

Okay all, Grandpa and Grandma have become mush to my charm and cuteness! So much so they have opened the kitchen to my play while supervised of course and psst, Grandpa got me! He finally found a way to put up a screen door over mommies room so I can't get out unless they let me!
Grandpa has paper balls for me and a lazer pointer and Grandma makes a nice seat and her chest makes a nice cuddly pillow!

Okay haahaa I meow and the screen door opens! Haahaa they are so mush!

Plus I even posed cuddled up with the grandparents for mommy to take a picture!

Max Max the next Houdini

Okay I get a call at 9:30 am! Mom says uess what your son has just done!
She proceeds to tell mommie everything!

Heehee!

I broke out of the screen door in my mommy's room 3 times haahaa! Grandma had to chase me all over the kitchen through the dinning room and into her room under her bed haahaa! Pout but she caught me and put me in my playpen sniff! When Grandma went back to work she let me out but closed the bedroom door!

Then Grandpa and Grandma came home and fixed me good! The kept the screen door in place poopy! Heehee but then I got out through the bottom instead of the top. I made it into the kitchen and into the dog's food. I was blending well but Grandpa caught me, I gave him a good chase but he still got me and I ended back in the room and then I kept trying to get out so mommy put me in my playpen cause I was being naughty! Sniff! I just wanted to explore and try some doggie food! pout!

Lonely while Mommy was away!

Okay Friday night I knew something was up! Mommy pulled out a carry case and slowly through out the day styarted putting things in it! First clothes, then my camera, a brush and toothbrush and paste and then her nightly pills! Yup something was well fishy! And not in a good fishy way either! Saturday Morning mommy tried to leave the room but I became velcro sticking to her like glue. Finally she got me detatched and out of the room. So I had to do what any kitty in their right mind would do! I found a way out of the room and climbed right up her leg and used my big voice meow!

She took me back to the room, said to be a good boy and left again well dang it, that did it! I broke out again found mommy and there were oters there now! I knew some visitors were here cause Grandma called Mommy saying Jennnifer and the girls are here! Well Mom saw me escape for the 3rd time and then she put me in my playpen and closed the doors. SNIFF! Mommy left! Later Grandma let me out! I was sad no mommy!
Grndpa came in to play with me but, I didn't want to play! Grandma came in and talked to me but, she wasn't Mommy! MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Sniff! The worsest part, I had to sleep alone, all by's myself, just widdle old me and no mommy! whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I got up sunday still no mommy! Was very sad! So when Grandma and Grandpa came in I cuddle with them and played little, but I wants my mommie! Finallay late Sunday Mommie came home! Yayayayayaay!

Mom ran by grandparents saying hi and right into the room to me! I mewed and meowed and purred and chirped! But the best part, Mommy laid down with me and cuddled and cuddled and cudled and cuddled telling me how much she loves me and missed meand how she couldn't sleep Saturday night with out me! PHEWWWWWWWW glad I wasn't the only one missing Mommy, she missed me too enough that she couldn't sleeps!

Funny thing mommy was home 2 hours aand we cuddled most of that and then she fell asleep with me in her arms, it was purrrrrrrrrrrrrfect so i went to sleep too!

Odd Grandparents!!

Okay! They are very strange! They keep staring at me through the screen and making noises like here kitty kitty, and max max is such a cutie (grandma says that and I agree!) Grandpa makes ruffus noises! Hmmmm Maybe he doesn't know that I'm a feline! Well while I wasn't looking grandpa came in! He gave me a few pets but I'm still not sure about him!

Patches finally sniffed at the screening and I watched hr! Don't think we will be fast friends but as long as I stay in my room I am good heehee! Then again a quick swipe at her noise would probably teach her to be nice and keep her distance! (Patches has actually done very well, no barking or growling at Max Max better then I thought though I will keep a close eye there!)

Days 4 and 5: Max max morning wake up calls!

Okay Max Max Makes his morning schedule!
5 am - wake up stretch
5:10 - nibble and drink
5:20 - potty time scratch around for the best spot!
5:25 - try to amuse self with bell toys
5:30 - nope no fun without Mom so time to go nudge her awake!
5:31 - start with soft mew
5:32 - thump thump thump up steps creep across bed
5:33 - step and sit on moms chest and sit and mew
5:34 - time for stronger persuasion pat mom on nose a few times
5:35 - taps not working, mews not working - so headbonks required with extra pressure of claws for kneading and mews!
5:36 - if all else fails lick then nip mom's ear she loves that one and it's a sure thing to wake her up!
5:38 - cuddle and snuggle with mom looking innocent!
5:39 get up stretch and jump down get mouse bring up and put in mommies lap! Look at it, then at her! This will inspire her to pick it up and play!

5:40 - Goal Achieved Note 6:30 am as a nap time!

6:30 - 8 - Nap Nap Nap (Note to work up sleepies cuddle a dn snuggle with Mom, then purr and knead her arm! Never fails! A few minutes out like a light!)

8:01 - stretch, yawn, drink get a nibble
8:05 - play play play
9:00 - nap nap nap (under cat tree step one)
10 am - Grandma makes enough noise I stop trying to sleep!!! Grrr noisy Granma interrupts beauty sleep!
10:02 - drinks nibbles, use potty already here so might as well
10:15 - morning round 2 crazies for play with Mommy!
11:00 - sneak under bed and nap nap nap (nice and cool plus makes mommy lean way over bed to check I'm sleeping. One day she's gonna bonk her head doing that!)
1:00 - stretch drink eat then find Mom on the lap top! Make sure to step up on the keyboard, stretc, yawn and thne curl up on keyboard and meow pitfully. (Mommy can't help but kiss me a couple times on my M, then head scritches,, and cuddles as she carefully removes me from keyboard!)
1:10 - watch Mom on puter or snuggle with mom to watch a movie (6/18/08 we watched two Chill Factor and The Golden Compass! I asked Mom if I could grow up to be like Yuric the bear! She said maybe!)

oh 3pm - playing shy and scared when Grandma and Grandpa gets home from work. Use Mommies shoulder and legs to peek over! Watch them intensely with ears up and head tilted! They make the weirdest sounds at me through the screening odd really! Hate to tell mommy but I think their nuts ya know! heehee!
4pm - Nap nap time!
5:30 - snuggles Mommy kisses, and pets
5: 40 - vrinks nibbles potty play
6:20 - Mommies dinner time (hate this time she eats in the livingroom leaving me alone to play by myself and nap! I just wait for her cuddled up on the bed! When she comes back stretch yawn and mew pitifully! makes her feel guilty, then I get extra cuddles, snuggles and kisses yay!)
7 to9:30pm - watch tv cuddled, with intermitent play during commercials!
9:40 - potty nibbles drinks Mommy says ight night time
9:45 - cuddle up on the pillow near Mommies head dleepy dleep time! (Make sure you knead, purr, and haave the occassional head rub to mommy's face)

5:30 - START OVER!!!!!!

Day 3 : Max at Home!

Hello everyone my day started at 5am! Went potty nibbled and drank and got bored so decided to go ask mommy to play! I mewed she said Max Max! And nothing else so I padded up next to her and tapped her nose with my paw, nada so I headbonked her she petted me and settled back to sleep! So I walked up sat on her shoulder turned to her and mewed in her ear and she said Max Max. So I guess I needed more of a wake up approach. Don't know how to use the alarm but hey I improvized! I licked her ear haahaahaaa boy did that get her attention along with the gently nibble heehee!

We played with my mouse, my starfish and then she gave me a new toy! A egg shaped rolly ball! Boy that was fun batting it all over the floor under the bed into mommy's shoe and hid it under the bed for later. Then was tired so napped with Mommy!

Woke up reexplored everything and every place, then potty, nibble crunchies and had a drink! Then went searching for Mommy and played and cuddled and Mommy took more pictures!

Again today she put me in the playpen and left me to go eat! sniff! I sat all alone in the playpen but mommy did leave me a second mouse and one of her night shirts to cuddle with! I got board so I climbed up to a shelf and cat napped! When I woke up Mommy was back! I mewed and she came over and let me out! Mommy feels guilty leaving me in my playpen so I got lots of pets and lovin's from her!

Then Mama was IMing withKK and KK said she wanted to see pix's of me so she emailed them. KK loved them but wanted to see a picture of us together so mommy improvized and took a couple left handed pictures of us since I was sleeping on her right harm heehee! She is so toasty warm and cushiony to lay on and knead! heeheee!

Oh mommy gave me my first greenie treats last night oh boy were they good! Mommy only left me have three cause she didn't want to upset my tummy! But, I sure wanted more they were nummy! Mom says they are oven roasted chicken flavored! mmmmmmmmmmm I love chicken!

Then was night night time! Mom turned off the tv and said bed bed time! I was on the floor and mewed she scooped me up and put me on the bed then she got into bed took off her glasses and settled in then I climbed into the nook in her shoulder and placed my head on her chest/shoulder and purred and kneaded myself to sleep! My Mommy is so good!

Saturday June 14th!

Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect morning and nights sleep! Got up at 7am and went potty ate, drank then mewed Mommy wake up! Then I thump thump thumped up the cat tree for headbonks and cuddles. Mommy got up and left me hmmmmmmmmmmm! Not sure why, but I waited for her on the bed watching the door! Phewwww she came back! Mommy said she went potty too!

Then we played lots with Aunty BHM's fuzzy white meece and my starfish jiggly teaser. Then Mommy put me in my playpen and left! Sniff ! But she came back! She was wet! Mommy said she took a shower! After that she made the bed and got dressed. I think she forgot to let me out but Mommy hadn't ! So I showed her my cimbing skills up the cage ! Mommy says good thing it's enclosed poopy!

Afterwards she cuddled with me and took a nap! Then we played she cleaned my litterbox out like a good Mommy! Then we played some more! Mommy sais it was her lunch time so she put me in my pen and I climbed up on a shelf and napped! When she came home we cuddled and played! Then she went to the spa but came back quickly for an evening of cuddles and play!

Trip home!

Okay very early Mommy says time to go to your new home sweetie! Be brave, cuddly and cusious! Grandma Mitzi is sending you to a good home! Enjoy, be healthy a nd love strongly. This Angie seems to love you already!

So I go with Grandma on a car ride then through a very busy noisy place full of people! Grandma says it's an airport! I leave at 6:30am on my flight and then there's a delay in Alanta Greogia I ffinally arrive in San Francisco california at 10:50 20 minutes late! Then it takes another 23 minutes to get to the pick up place! Granddpa David picked me up! And brought me home to my new Mommy! I was scared! But Mommy took me from the car brought me inside! Then Grandpa cut the ties! Mommy carrie dme to her room now ours and gently coaxed me into the playpen! Then left me alone with food and water and litter to relax and calm!

Then she came back I mewed at her she opened the door and I made a beline to her lap and gave her headbonks, kitty nose kisses and purries! She gently stroked me and talk softly then just held me! Finally home and all safe! Mommy was right my new Mommy is mus in my tiny paws heehee! So much so last night she let me sleep with her instead of the playpen, and she showed me how to use the cat tree to get up onto the bed! What a nice welcome home! No kitty nightmare either new Mommy kept they away!
