Yesterday we had to help our precious Edward cross over to the bridge, he had been having seizures all morning and there was nothing else we could do. He had fought FIP for 10 weeks with everything he had and never complained, he was so brave. I wish I could be brave, but I am hurting, he was so young and so sweet and talkative, I miss him terribly. I know he is at the bridge now with our many angel friends and for that I am thankful, I know he is not alone. We have wonderful friends here and everyone prayed for him when he needed it and I know that helped, he had a lot more time with us than our vet thought he would have. It was so painful to watch him fight a battle I knew he couldn't win, but was such a trooper, he purred and rubbed on me everyday, he was a cuddler. I miss him so much, what I wouldn't do just to hold him one more time and have him wrap his paw around my finger. Edward we love you.
Thanks to all who have sent messages, lit a candle, said a prayer or sent sweet sentiments of love (gifts) for his page. I will thank you all individually as soon as I can, right now it's still hurts too much.

I just read Edward's story, and have tears for that sweet soul and for you. You *will* hold him again - hang on to that thought. May Edward's Creator comfort you and help you to find peace of heart.
