A lap is a terrible thing to waste

I'm sitting on the humans lap as I type this. Sure there is a whole bunch of room on the desk, sure it's more uncomfortable to type so far away from the keyboard, but a lap is a terrible thing to waste. Besides, after last week I realized I have to claim my space early. All these other cats! they don't realize that all her attention is (or at least it SHOULD be) mine!!!

Vet = Not so gr8 akshually

I knew this Vet thing wasn't going to be good. I'm all stitched up and I'm missing an eye. I don't like it much; at least they were kind of nice to me. Until I woke up without an eye! It was just like that time I went and I woke up missing... well... I don't want to talk about it. At least they aren't putting drops in my eyes ten times a day. I didn't like that much at all. My face doesn't hurt as much.

They took decent care of me, human took care of me, made sure I ate, gave me lots of cuddles, which I like. All the other cats have been really nice, except for Edward Horton, but that's nothing new.

Sprite could not be reached for comment as unfortunately, he is in surgery to remove his eye this weekend. He had a melanoma, poor guy!

The jerks keep putting drops in my eye. What's more, I overheard them saying I was going to need surgery for the same eye they've been torturing, haven't they done enough to it? I've been here for a while, I've ate their special food, I've been a good friendly guy, and now they are taking me to the Vet! But it's so itchy. I sat on the humans lap just so I could use her desk to scratch my face. well... that and for cuddles.
