Arrival Story: Born to a feral mother, she was bottle fed by her rescuer.
Bio: Lucy Lou could melt anyone's heart with her adorable pink nose and grey "cap" over her forehead, her big purr and amusing antics. She loves to cuddle when she isn't playing with her mice (which she fetches and returns to us) or batting a ball or chasing and leaping for a bit of paper on a cord. She's friendly to other cats in the household, although she might be guarded at first. Always outgoing, she is lively, playful and affectionate.
Lucy Lou is being fostered due to a condition (megaesophagus) which requires her to eat only liquefied kitten food 3 or 4 times a day. This keeps her from eating too much too fast. The condition is improving and could eventually be outgrown. She licks pureed canned food from a saucer alternately with several kibbles. It's a simple routine her foster mom & she enjoy. She gives nuzzles and head butts in appreciation.
Lucy Lou is a perfect mixture of sweetness and playfulness, an ideal companion kitty.
