Arrival Story:
My first fostering job was a beautiful muted Calico cat we named Duchess, who had 5 kittens, about 2 weeks old. 4 of the kittens were cream/white longhaired, and the 5th one was a spunky solid gray short haired boy. He looked like a baby monkey, so that's how he got his name. Monkey was the first kitten in the litter to eat solid food, to use the litter box, and to use the scratching post. He decided early on he was going to stay with us, and eventually his mom and litter mates all got wonderful homes, and I just never made Monkey available for anyone else. He's a wonderful boy!
Bio:
Monkey's fur is soft like a rabbit's. When he was younger he used to love chopped tomatoes and mandarin oranges (canned variety only, lol). The only exotic thing he will eat now are canteloupe bits.
