First 2010 Entry

I don't know why I can't get mom on here at least once a month but it seems like she is sick a lot and dad has been working major overtime. Plus, now mom has started some weird exercise schedule so she wouldn't have to take some pill for something called Osteo..Ostee..Poor...O...Sis.... Is that right? Whoops, nope ..mom says it's Osteoporosis. Anyway, mom and dad are confusing me because when I get on the exercise bike they say I'm not fat but when I jump in one of the kitchen drawers mom says to "Get your fat butt out of there." Well, make up your mind, really!
Last night I got the dog again from around the corner and mom yelled at me. He is such a Fraidy-Dog. He yelped like I was killing him. Mom didn't really see what happened so she can't yell to much.
Oh yeah, did I mention what I got for Christmas? Mom bought me a Kitty Mansion from Kittymansions.com. It's the Chicago Style and it is awesome! It has like 4 or 5 levels and a hidey hole and a tunnel and everything. I am Queen of the world when I am on there.
No promises, but I'll try to be back soon.

Story of New Ball

Wow, it's been a long time again but I don't think it's been half a year this time. I told mom I wanted her to get on here for my Birthday but that didn't happen. She gave me a really cool black and white puff ball that I can chase all over the kitchen. Of course I chased it and lost it the first day which mom got a bit annoyed with. She searched all over and gave me another toy until she found the first one..but she did. If she swept the kitchen floor more, she would have found it sooner. I know I'm to critical of her at times. I should be more appreciative. Anyway, as usual..I will try to be on here more..but mom's the typist and I'm only in charge off the computer..not on..plus, mom has to type entries for Petey as well and not just me. She tries to give us equal time.....but we all know he get's more.

Not To Long This Time

Hey, Mom's getting better. It hasn't been a whole 6 months. I think it's been two this time. Let's see. To much construction goin on around here as mom and dad "fix up" the house and they keep locking me in my room. They have a new shower in the master bathroom and new paint in the office..I think something else is coming up soon too because they keep trying paint colors on the outside of the house.

Also, when it get's warm at night, dad tells mom to "put her away" so mom picks me up..gives me a kiss and tells me she loves me..then leaves me in a room with the door closed so they can open all the other doors and cool the house down. Seriously, isn't that wrong??
And that silly dog won't leave even though he has tons of chances to explore.

Speaking of him, mom put him in yet another contest. This seems to be an obsession with her. Have you ever noticed how many more contests there are for dogs verses cats? Anyway, Petey is in a contest through www.orangecountyregister.com. called MyDog'sFace so if you would consider voting for him it would be greatly appreciated. You can just type in his name since there are only two dogs named Petey in the contest.

Flakey Mommy + Shameless Beg

I cannot believe what a flake mom has been for being or not being on this site. (ssssshhhhhhhhh). I don't know where to start. I won't make excuses for her other then she's been sick a lot lately and with her immune system having had the transplant; that isn't good. She has also been doing a lot of volunteer work and her high school reunion is coming up which she is on the committee for.
I was in a contest for the newspaper but hardly had a chance. There were hundreds of cats in that contest! Mom did the calculations though and she did say I was in the top 25 or so but that didn'tt help any. Now mom has entered Petey in a local contest that only covers the cities of Cypress, Los Alamitos and La Habra, CA for Cutest Dog. If you don't live in those cities; would you please consider voting for him? There are only 36 entries and 3 winners to this one. Petey is a good dog but he is a wuss. He is totally afraid of me. Of course I like it and can use this fact to my advantage. Of course mom and dad don't like it and yell at or squirt me every time I do. Mom and dad take him on car rides all the time and that silly animal acts like he never goes anywhere.
Okay, I am going to read and catch up on everyone else now.
I will seriously try to bug mom as much as possible to stop waiting every 6 months to make an entry. This is ridiculous plus I miss our games. :(

Way To Long

Sorry, it's been so long. Mom's gotten into this Facebook thing so she rarely gets here. Nothing else is really new. Mom is still looking for a job and I'm still causing trouble. Petey and I are doing well. Mom even bought me some healthy food which is good for my digestion and is all natural and she bought me a "Boogy Mat" for Christmas. It smells like catnip and is really cool to play on.
I can't guarantee how often I can get mom to post on here but I've missed you all. I'll try for at least once a month if I can.
I am looking forward to playing games again once in a while and catching up on everybody.

I'm Getting The Dog..HA

Hey, I found out I can hit this dog in the back leg like I did with the last dog. When mom catches me, she yells no but she can't help but laugh at me too. Because it looks really funny, and the dog doesn't seem to care. He really is okay for company when mom and dad aren't home. Although, mom did get upset when I bopped him on the head when he was eating. Well, they give him canned food and they forgot my canned food that day. What was that about?

Been A Long Time

I know it's been a long time since I've written. Mom's been looking for a job and volunteering with Operation Christmas Child, plus, she has become addicted to Facebook now so.... The dog and I are getting along a bit better. Mom almost stepped on him yesterday and he yelped so I checked to make sure he was okay. He is going to update his pup page now too since he has made a few friends. I guess having a dog brother is kind of cool. I mean, it is better then being lonely especially since mom has an interview coming up so we will probably have to get along when both parents are gone.

I Hate To Say This But...

Mom Is A Traitor! She told me that dog would not get his own page and tonight she made one for him on Dogster. She said she had to start one in order to put his picture on, but that's no excuse. She didn't need to get him friends or put him in some newspaper contest for people to vote for him. Plus, she yelled at me when I slapped him and hissed at him. He deserved it. I was just sniffing him and he had to wake up and act all scared. He's a Scaredy Dog, that's what he is.
Plus, people come over and play with him. They take him out on that leash thing. But some people won't touch me because they are "allergic". I Love Mom and I'll try to forgive her for this. But, I'm the baby of the family, not some new family member. Anyone got any suggestions, paw mail me on how to handle this adjustment.

Olympic Game

Okay, so I've been tagged to play the Olympic Game so here I go;

My favorite Olympic is gymnastics because I am limber and can do flips and stuff too.
I prefer summer olympics because people would get sick wearing those short outfits in the winter plus the winter is time for snuggling under covers.
The quirkiest thing I do is run down the hall all of sudden growling like a tiger then lay down like I never did it. Mom can't figure that out.
No, I don't have a crush on anyone yet. I'm fair game but I warn you I'm very independent.

New Canine Big Brother

Mom and dad had a friend come over with their dog named Petey. The friend left and left him here. I stayed in my cage outside the whole first day. I remember the last dog that chased me behind the couch and I'm not doing that again. But, Petey didn't care. He pretty much stayed near mom and dad. After mom finally got me in the house (I'm a sucker for tuna) she closed me in my room for a while so I'd feel safer. Then dad let me out. This Petey dog is okay. I even went and hit him in the leg to see what he would do.. he got up and moved a few steps away! This is perfect! He knows I'm boss and mom and dad are giving both of us attention. He does sleep on mom and dads bed, though but I jumped on too and mom woke up to me at her head and Petey at her side. We even have close to the same coloring. Petey is 8 years old so he is my big, brother. Mom said the friend gave Petey to us because they have children and can't give him enough attention.
Mom said she will put a picture up soon of him. Hopefully on my page, if possible. I don't think Petey wants his own canine page. Mom just doesn't have that much time to play typist for both of us and as you all know, I'm the more important one!
