Arrival Story:
Tiger was bought by my oldest sister's fiance in 1978 and ended up staying at my parent's when they moved out so he became my cat. He stayed with them after I moved out until I found out he seemed to be going deaf and had cardiomyopathy so I brought him to my home for the last 5 years of his life. I had to put him to sleep because he could not hold his urine anymore. I had him cremated in January 1997 and a couple of years later spread his ashes in a Colorado mountain park where I can go visit him.

Bio:
I remember I was 11 and we brouhgt Tiger camping to Nebraska with us. While most of us were gone on the boat for the day, my mom stayed behind to read. She let Tiger out of the camper and a nearby camper's dog scared Tiger away. We waited for him to come back for days and he did not come back. During the last hours of the trip a voice that was neither male or female told me to stay behind as my family loaded the boat so I could give Tiger every chance. I had a friend with me and she wanted me to stay swimming with her but I told her I needed to go look for my cat. It told me to walk into a field full of stickers barefoot across from our campsite, called for him and he heard me! We ran to each other and I carried him out, both of us unharmed. When my family returned for me a half hour later they were so happy! They asked me how I knew and I told them God told me where to find him. Everyone fell silent and I still cannot figure out why. Why is it so hard to believe a little child that has been raised with God in her life? After that he went missing a few times and we either found him at a neighbors visiting and then later on mistaking their garage for ours. He got in many cat fights, almost loosing an eye once and sired a litter with a dark calico. A major highway was built behind my parent's house and I am still amazed Tiger never got hit. He was a lovely cat, I enjoyed and miss him very much! I hope to see him again someday like in the Robin Williams movie What Dreams May Come.

In 2 weeks from now it will have been 14 years since I put my first cat Tiger asleep and I still miss him so much that I have lucid dreams about wandering through my parent's neighborhood looking for him and asking my parent's where is he, like last night. I kept hearing in my head he's still alive, he's still alive. I hope I see him again. Tiger, your my angel standing by, I love you....
