Well, my mom was at her work, and as she was going to get in her car to go home, she heard a meow. She turned, and it was a kitty! (Soon to be Joey). She shooed him away, but he was too sweet to leave! So, she took him home, but although he had a name tag, and tried to reach his owners. No one answered. D: We called them for days, but no answer back. We kept leaving messages say we found their kitty, but no response back! We decided to keep him, and name him "Joey". :3
