Arrival Story:
When I picked Misty out as a kitten in 1983, I thought he was a girl. A visit to the vet corrected that bit of misinformation. He kept the name Misty, even if it was a girlie name. He didn't care.

Bio:
Misty lived to over 20 years of age, he passed away in 2003. He was deaf from birth but learned some sign language. He knew that a crook of the finger meant 'come here' and that the squirt bottle meant 'get off of there now'. Misty traveled more than most people, traveling both by car and by plane. He is greatly missed by me.
