My Rainbow Bridge Birthday!

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to tell all of you thank you for remembering my birthday at the Rainbow Bridge this year! I've been having a great day here. All of my brothers and sisters that live here at the Bridge have stopped by, along with many friends, and several of my earth friends sent good wishes and rememberances, too. Mama & my earth-siblings have been thinking of me today, too. And I had a lovely cake from Crystal! All in all, it's been a very special day!

Wow! Getting Up There!

I don't think any of you know (Mama & I have kept it quiet) but lately, I've been getting lots of colds and losing lots of weight. Mama was VERY worried about me and thought it might be cancer or something else really awful. She was almost ready to say it was time for me to go to the Rainbow Bridge, but she just couldn't let me go without a second vet opinion. We went to a very nice lady vet last week and SURPRISE! she told Mama that I wasn't just a young 12, but probably really 16 years old! As a result of my advanced age, I'm not tolerating the cat food Mama feeds everyone else as well, and also just not as hungry. I sleep alot more, too! So now Mama is buying me special food just for me and mixing it with kitty milk - yum, yum! I'm eating better now, and we're all much happier (except my kitty sisters who want my special food and can't have it! LOL)
