Arrival Story:
When I was three months old, I was very small and weighed less than a pound. My breeder didn't put me up for sale because he thought there was something wrong with me. They decided it was best to put me to sleep because there had to be a reason that was keeping me from growing. My human mom stepped in and offered to take me home and give me some extra nuturing. My breeder took good care of me, but I needed one on one attention. When mom brought me home, she put me in a 3x3 metal crate when she was gone because she thought my fur sister (a mini schnauzer) might try to hurt me at first. When mom came home, I wasn't in the cage. I had squeezed out an one inch square and was roming the house. My fur sister looked out for me and we became instant friends. Now I am full grown and very healthy. Guess I just needed the extra love and a chance to grow into the princess I am today.

My mom and dad are both pure bred Egyption Maus.

Forums Motto:
Layla, Queen of the house!

I pretty much do whatever I want, when ever I want to. My favorite things to do are sleep in a sun spot, sleep on fresh laundry, sleep on my mom and dads bed, and play with my best friend. (A dog, gasp!) My mom says she doesn't really like cats and that she is more of a "dog person", whatever that means, but I know deep, deep down she likes me. I give kisses all the time. Well, ok, I lick everyon when I am being petted. I also shake my tail when I am happy about something. I don't much care for the human kids in the house. One of them pulled my tail when I was a kitten and I have never forgiven her! The other one wants to hug me all the time, and I'm just not into hugs. If I see them coming towards me, I just move somewhere they can't reach me. Sigh, they have ruined may a good nap. Oh well, they can stay, for now! I know I am the queen of the house, just ask and I will tell you. Better go, I think I just heard a nap calling me.
