Arrival Story:
One of our outdoor tiger cats had a litter of kittens somewhere and we couldn't find them. One day a month or two later, I heard a kitten crying. I made the mother cat call just to see if it would come and she went running by. I was astonished because I never thought I'd see another wild "Barnaby kitty" (he was a former lovely cat of ours). So I closed the garage doors and locked her in. I couldn't find her, but then realized she had crawled into the hold of a cinder block and hidden down there. Eventually, after hours of trying to coax her out, I reached down into the hold and got her out by the scruff of her neck. I brought her in the house to tell dad and he said, "Too bad she isn't a boy or we could keep her outside. Well, his heart melted and he suggested that since we had a grumpy male cat, Max, already in the house, that she be let inside to be a friend. Mom fell in love with her the moment she saw her. Unfortunately, Ashley never got friendly and began spraying all over the house: including on the counters, microwave, walls and furniture. My mom and dad decided she needed to go back outside because she was ruining the house.

Bio:
Although she has some traditional Siamese markings, I don't know if she is honestly a Siamese or not. Mutts don't usually get that kind of coloring, but I have had seal point and flame point mutts in the past.
